Great with parts but they gave me wrong advice and my car almost burnt up. Friendly staff though. I have used this store many times and have never had a pro so this may have been a one time thing.
Casey showed me how to check my tires and where it showed how much air I needed in them. Also how to check my oil. He is definitely an asset to your company. Kathy Lenz
18 wheeler started running hot n after goin 3 other places the man here was such a big help n got us the right parts so we could get back on the road n headed back home over an hr away
I took a part in and wanted it replaced because it was under warranty, well they conveniently couldn’t find it on their computer. I purchased another one and then drove to Walker to O Reilly’s and Holly found it right away so now I have 2 new parts. Just upset that I had to purchase one that used my grocery money, this week it will be pool and grit.
On the road from south of the lake. Thermostat failed, truck over heating. Found our way to this O'Reillys - all fantastic Folks in this store. Employee Robert was especially helpful. You see I have emphysema and was having a problem with my breathing. As I had a younger person with to change the part Robert offered a chair to sit in --- inside the AC while my younger buddy changed the part. Robert may not realize it but that simple quick thinking action may have well saved my life. Hats off to all the employees here.
I can't really express any great preference for any of the auto parts chain stores over the other. The staff here was helpful and it's near my residence which is a big plus.
Very helpful. Love being able to order online and pick up in the store. Had to return something today that was wrong but not their fault and they were extremely helpful in helping me to find the right thing.

Derrick was knowledgeable & helpful by phone, then super helpful when I arrived at store.. he found in-store battery for my type car and installed! Very much appreciated!!!
Everyone there is friendly, they take time with each customer not trying to rush anyone out the door, and they have always had for the most part what I needed in stock.
I just want to thank Derrick and James for helping me out by fixing my flat tire today. They were happy to help and had me on the road within 15 min. Now I know to plug a tire! They were such knowledgeable gentlemen too, and that mini compressor he used to air up my tire was freaking awesome.
