I just drove from San Diego to Jacksonville and had issues with my windshield wipers nearby on Hwy 12. I was pleasantly surprised with the great Southern Hospitality from the gentleman who brought out his wrench set and helped get me back on the road. Thanks so much!
Needed an "ozone air cleaner" for my truck - a critter died in the vent/AC duct. It took a few minutes, since I didn't even know exactly what I was looking for, but they came through.
I won’t be returning to this particular store , Lisa was rude to my husband when he gave her his phone number and mentioned the discount that comes with it she said “ well you only gave me a phone number “ then when he asked if they would be able to put our windshield wipers on she said “ no we’re too busy “ she was rude from the beginning .
Best in and out parts store around. Have the parts you'll need in stock or overnite good prices friendly professional staff. Plenty parking and lighting clean store and never no hassle getting the parts I've needed
If you go to AutoZone or advanced or anywhere else you'll have plenty of experience replacing that part because of the what I think are inferior parts that are sold. O'Reilly's always has quality parts and every one of their employees and I state that again everyone of their employees are the best
Some are super helpful where others hide in the back saying they're doing inventory while one guy at the front desk handles the guests at the counter & on the phones. The older gentleman helping me had to yell several times before 1 came from the back, and that guy left after only a few minutes to the back again. Felt sorry for the older guy.
Fast, friendly service. I went to buy a headlight bulb and the workers (Nick and Tony) put it in for me... quickly, too! Saved me time and aggravations. That's the reason I went to this location! They got my business over AutoZone, NAPA and other places!

I have most always been able to get the parts I need. On a few rare occasions that they don't have what I need they were able to order it usually by the next day. Prices are very competitive and their parts wear test of time and there's great employee help and knowledge.
There were 4 employees in store, none of them asked us if we needed any help for the 10 mins we tried to find things. When one did come over here didn't acknowledge us, he actually walked in between the items and us and steadily straightened the hangers. When we asked where an item was we were told from behind the counter they were leaning on "over there on right" or "back there on the left.
Clean, Organized will maintain the staff is courteous and very polite. This F help you find exactly what you're looking for and they give you the best material to complete your project or task you are doing they show you the different kind.
Very helpful staff. If they don't have what you are looking for for your vehicle, they can usually get it for y oh within a day or 2. With all of the options for us to get parts, the store in Albany is usually the only place we will go.
They are more than helpful usually and will usually find someone with an answer if they do not have one themselves. The only problem though is that if the nice lady is not working, I have to over explain a part for them to grasp it sometimes. I don’t have that problem at autozone or Napa.
The people who work in this store are usually very friendly, helpful, and know what they r talking about. On occasion I get a person there who doesn't really say much. The prices are usually cheaper than the other auto parts stores.
The staff is awesome. But my personal information which shows what I purchased was deleted when they updated their computer system. My receipt had faded out and they could not find me in the system so I lost out on my extended warranty on the battery I had bought 7 months prior. The staff knew the battery was a O'Reilly battery, but could not exchange it because of not being able to find me purchasing the battery at that very store. Only thing they could do was the cord change for the next battery.
Daughter's battery dead. Jump started it and told her to drive to oriellys and buy a new one, they would change it for her. Surely they will right? AutoZone does!. We'll they sold her the battery but then said that not only could:they not change it but couldn't even carry it to the car for her. She was the only customer there. The two men working there said they were the only two there and they were not ALLOWED to leave the building!. thank goodness she didn't turn off her car or she wouldn't have been able to restart it. They told her to come back in the morning and someone would change it for her. Parked right outside the door. She explained that she had to get a jump start to get there! So she carried out the very heavy battery by herself. Will drive into Hammond from now on to Autozone. If that had been one of their daughter's I guarantee they would at least have carried it out for her.
Always great service. Very knowledgeable workers. Only thing is on the weekends%wait can be a little long cause their busy a lot.. But airways a great experience here
