I have mixed emotions about this place. My salesman Lee is always polite, helpful and tends to my car's needs. The rest of the staff is pleasant but they seem to have an ever changing staff. If you need a car/truck this is the place. Definitely works with your budget and not just out for a "Sale!"
I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership!!! The sales people, and managers are very unprofessional and rude. They promise things and lie just to sale a car. The manager is a rude and slimy. Drive a little further to a better ford dealship.
I spoke with Michael, and he was super nice and easy to talk to the entire time. He was very kind and made the conversation smooth and pleasant. Really appreciated his professionalism and kindness!
My elderly father bought a vehicle from Billy Wood Ford in Jena. He just paid the vehicle off. He couldn't get the car to start. He had someone put a computer on it and replaced the part that the computer said. When it still would not start. He carried it to Billy Wood For and told them the part he had put on ask them to check his car out and find the problem. They said that the part had to be on timer and set it. Charged $400. Didn't have to put on new part just put on timer. Drove it home and the next day it would not start. Carried it back and it was the battery all along. Charged him another 200. The lady and the mechanic were very rude when my father ask why they hadn't figured it out the first time. He was told if he didn't like service o go somewhere else. Mechanic told him that he fixed it enough to drive it off lot. I almost bought a vehicle from them and I am glad I did not. They will not get our buiuness and we will let everyone know. This is how they treat a 82 year old disabled veteran on a fixed income. They took advantage of him because they knew he had no other option. SHAME ON YOU BILLY WOOD FORD.
Do not buy a vehicle from Billy Wood. If I could give them a zero I would. I was in the process of purchasing a car from Billy Wood and someone else came in looking at the same car. While they were doing my paperwork to purchase the car with cash, the General Manager decided to sell it to the other people. I always thought if you were there first and had your paperwork filled out first then you should be able to purchase the vehicle, but apparently not at Billy Wood! If this is how they sell vehicles I can only imagine how they would treat anyone that had a problem with your vehicle. Wrong is wrong no matter how you try to make it pretend it is right!
I don't ever write reviews but had to on this one. I've purchased many vehicles in my life and this was hands down the worst experience ever. Starting off with the day I went look at my 2016 GMC Yukon they had. Test drive was good but noticed it needed a few fixes on the truck like both taillights, rear breaks and the ball joints on one side. I told my sales lady Mrs. Je that I'd only buy the truck if the issues were fixed. She agreed to fix the issues along with her manager Mr. Fred I believe his name was and the guy who signs all the papers at the end also agreed to fixing everything before I get the truck. That's where everything went south. They assured me multiple times everything would be fixed but It ended up taking a few days to fix the taillight and they only fixed one even Though I asked multiple times if they ordered both and they said yes but that was a lie. I ended up having to go back to them to fix the other taillight days later. Before leaving I asked if everything else was fixed and they said yes. I get home later that day and look under the truck to see they lied again. The ball joints were never replaced so I called over there and was told "we can't lose anymore money on this truck so we're not fixing the ball joints" even though we agreed to that before the purchase was made. Moving forward comes the next issue. I get a letter from the DMV saying I the dealership never turned the plates in on the car I traded and that if I dont show I don't have the car anymore within 10 days they will suspend my license and fine me for no insurance (I cancelled the insurance 2 days after I traded in the car) so I had to miss a whole day of work just to go prove to the DMV I don't have the car anymore so they wouldn't suspend my license all bc they never turned my plates in. Moving to the next issue. It took over 60 days for me to get my plates for the new truck and title. I had to call multiple times to get them to send me temp tag extensions to hold me over until the plates came in. I ended up with 3 temp tag 5 days extensions. So all in all they lied to me about what they would fix just to make a sale, they didn't turn in my old tags causing me to lose a full day of pay to go clear it up, and I had to fight for over 60 days just to get my new plates for my new truck oh and did I mention they have nothing to do with you after the sale is completed. if you call with an issue they will say they will call you back just to get you off the phone but will never call back then if you call again the phone just rings after they transfer you. The only nice person that will help you is Mrs. Kathy everyone else has nothing to do with you after them papers are signed. You been warned stay far away from billy wood Ford.

To say that im disgusted is an understatement. Within days of purchasing my car a notification alerts me that the oil life was at zero which means they sold me a car that already needed an oil change. Then a couple days later I’m stopped because one of my headlights isn’t working. The radio and display screen work half the time. the remote keyless entry doesnt work at all. Within a month of purchasing I had to replace the 2 front tires because the tires were so slick I hydroplaned and hit a guard rail which damaged my door. Those tires aren’t even a month old and already have to be replace because the car is so bad out of alignment. And now to top it all off im told the ball joints are bad and need replacing as well. I asked the salesman if they could at least take care of the alignment but of course never got a response to that. So now I have a car that I can’t drive that needs 4 new tires, brakes, alignment, oil change and ball joints. I was very forth coming when I traded my other car in informing them the problems the car had and I would’ve hoped they would extend me the same courtesy. Guess I was wrong.
Purchased from Billy Wood Ford all the way from Forney, Texas. Dail went far and beyond to get me what I needed from my first call to the dealership up to getting the truck delivered to my house. First vehicle purchase I make out of state but Dail and team made it a smooth process. Great experience, great team.

I’m always nervous & dread buying a new vehicle. However, this time was different. We had been looking for the perfect vehicle for our Senior’s first car. I was searching all over the internet for the best deal and safety features for our little girl. Then I was scrolling on FB and saw an add for a Fusion, good price with low miles on FB marketplace. So I go to the dealership page and saw they had quite a few deals going on. My husband and I drove out to check on a few and was greeted by Mr. Bubba Alwell. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles in question. We picked two to look at and one wasn’t the right fit but the other was perfect and exactly what we needed. We took a test drive and when we got back he sent it to be cleaned up and we went to start drawing up paperwork. In just under an hour and 1/2, we were driving off the lot with our 2019 Toyota Corolla LE. The whole time we were looking all over the USA we were able to find the best deal right near home. Bubba is the man! Such a great buying experience! We looked for a long time and could not find exactly what we wanted. Bubba suggested we build a truck with him online and see what we come up with. Within a day we had our truck ordered and after it came in we had all the paperwork done and were out the door with the keys in less than 2 1/2 hours!!
