The ONLY reason i am giving a 5 star review is because of ANTONIO i believe his name was. Young guy soon to graduate high school soon. Thank you so much for helping my babies and I with purchasing a new battery for my vehicle. On the other hand that older gentleman who works there needs to be addressed for his lack of customer service. This is the second time i have been there and he does not want to help with the issue or encouraging others to not help as well. Thank god ANTONIO went above and beyond to help with my needs. I pray I got his name correct.
Matt is the best and most caring employee I’ve come across. He helped us with our battery in under 10 minutes he got us all fixed up. His kindness was unmatched he is very good at his job I pray nothing but blessings over Mr. Matt❤️
Just stopped by AutoZone in Carencro this morning and was assisted by Mr. Ernie. He was amazing. Made everything super easy and even stepped outside to verify what I needed for my vehicle. After my purchase he even helped me with it. Incredible customer service! Thanks again Mr Ernie!
This location is always very attentive and super professional. Earnest is always there to help when I need (I go in very frequently). He’s very informative if I don’t understand something relating to the part(s).

I had a hard return that four other stores wouldn’t help with, and Ernest took the time to actually look into it and got it done with no attitude and great customer service. I came in with some problems pertaining to my windshield wipers. My windshield wipers have J hooks & I couldn’t determine the correct connector to put on them but shout out to GAGE! He was a life saver, he found me the E3 connector & hooked my windshield wipers on for me! Will be back, Thank you Gage!!
Gaige is the absolute best! He Helped me with my headlight and my key fobe battery! Ernest was also great with helping my kid stay calm while I get helped by offering him candy. Highly recommend this place. Reasonable prices!
Very helpful, my car been parked for 11 months. I needed a battery, my battery lasted 9yrs. They were surprised, got a discount on new battery and wiper blades. Wanted to buy some gas treatment, but they had so many to choose from. The salesman explained the difference between them and told me which 1 he uses when he has an issue. Tried it out and everything is good so far.
Pretty good service there, depending on the time of day, not all employees are knowledgeable enough to be behind the counter. But I got what I needed Ina pretty short time.
Should a got his name, because there never seems to be the same people working when I go, but he put my 2, 5 gallon cans of waste oil on a cart and wheeled them to the back, then cleared off the waste drum for me; then went and got my online order together and had it ready for me when I came back up front; then helped me carry everything to my car! I hope he's there for a while...
I experienced, what I considered a crisis in my 2018 Porsche macan turbo. While driving the coolant sensor indicated that it was low and I needed stop driving immediately. I was about 3 miles from the autozone in Carencro, La. I called and spoke with Dan. He verified that they had in stock the specific coolant that my car required. When I arrived Dan and Rickey promptly met me at the door and checked the coolant level in my car. After waiting a bit they were able to open the reservoir and fill it to the levels indicated. This may not seem like a big deal to those who are experienced in auto maintenance but to me it was a huge win. They were prompt, professional, courteous and informative. Within 10 mins I was back on the road headed to work. They saved the day and it only cost me $21. Which is another tremendous win when you drive a car like this. So thank you, thank you, thank you.
Had to buy wiper blades. As I am a senior citizen I don't know diddley about windshield wipers - except how to turn off and on and the speed. My wipers were only a year old but dried out. They explained the choices and prices and I paid and they installed them for me. I usually back my car into carport - but since thats facing west - the sun dried them out quickly. So I learned something new - it was a good day. Now when it rains - I might be able to see the road.
I was helped by Rhyanna Brown today and she was amazing! She was very quick to help me although they were busy tonight. Rhyanna was friendly and seemed like she actually was happy to help me. She was gentle when handling my car and very knowledgeable about my car parts. I really appreciated that she explained things to me in a way I understood.
Drove 20 miles to pick up a distributor which I was told the Carencro store had in stock. The person helping me,Ken, said it wasn't there after inputting the wrong transmission info. I then called the Opelousas store AGAIN, got the part number, brought it back to Ken where he "miraculously" found it. His negative attitude and reluctance to search correctly means I'll never spend money at the Carencro store again ?
I brought in a part that my husband's told me to buy a drain plug for. The man behind the counter found the right fit in two tries!! Always helpful and quick.
