Carencro Automotive did an excellent job! They changed my oil, thoroughly inspected my car, and the detailing was outstanding — they even removed scratches I didn’t think would come out. Everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them.
Service was exceptional. Brought in for an intermittent electrical problem and the techs refused to give up. Found issue and corrected it. Previously brought vehicle to a dealership and all they did was put on computer and because there was no code, did nothing else. Carencro automotive would not quit. They also identified other maintenance issues that were due and repaired those.
I went in to my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation which was set at 9AM. I was told to expect to be notified by lunch time, which i thought was a bit long for the services scheduled. The job was not completed until approximately 3PM and only after I called for status around 1:30.
Quick and easy service. I dropped off my vehicle and had a quote on the repairs within 24 hours. I approved everything and had my vehicle back within 24 hours after. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this facility in the future.
Did an excellent job, I had only went in for something simple and ended getting something major fixed. I was impressed by there diagnostic system where it showed some other issues I’ll be fixing down the line later, but now that I know the pricing and what I need to do, I’ll be paying them a visit again soon.

I have used Carencro Automotive for several different cars repairs over the past 10+ years. Repairs as simple as tire sensors to major as transmission and suspension repairs. They get me in and out pretty quickly and do good work. Some say their prices are a little high but you get what you pay for.
This is the best place I have been to. Friendly staff that kept me updated every step of the way. They work fast and are reasonably priced. I was very impressed with their work and they indepth inspection they performed on my vehicle. I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking for a mechanic.
New to the area I was unsure of a reliable mechanic. The AC on my truck quit blowing cold and the Louisiana heat was unbearable. I brought my truck over and by the end of the day they had my truck diagnosed and price quoted to fix the problem. After accepting the quote they got right on it and now my AC works better than ever. Im extremely satisfied with the work done and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

Horrible I was not informed of any initial charges, I asked up front and was told that it would not cost me anything to check my car. When the extra charges were presented to me? I asked if I could pay half and bring the other half the following Friday since I was not informed, They use phrases “Have.a Blessed Day” they are phony and full of lies. I really had intended on bringing my car back, but I got it fixed for half the price they quoted me. I will not support that business and I do not encourage anyone else to support it

They are really nice people.But I feel I was ripped off over charged 1000 dollars to have my truck looked at and when I took it to a different shop come to find out it wasn't what was said to be wrong with my truck. don't trust them never will. be careful with these people they are real tricky.
I have a 2020 Mercedes e350 and was a little skeptical about bringing my car here for an oil change and new brake pads, but I was not disappointed. Everyone here is very professional and did everything they could to earn my trust. They have top of the line equipment to fit the newer technology equipped vehicles. They sent me up to date photos of things that needed attention and I was able to approve or decline the services that I wanted via text message. The work that was done was great as always, fair pricing.. unfortunately this time I did notice once I got my vehicle back, that my windshield had been cracked.
I had to have it replaced by Safelight and they informed me there was no impact point, and that the break was made below the wipers where the shell and blades would have to be removed.
I will attach the bill I got from safelight, as well as the picture of the break in the windshield.
As you can see how low the break in the glass took place, it was caused by a prying like tool.
The Carencro Auto Center team is professional and accommodating. I called for new tires and an oil change while I was in town and they took me right away. I now know they run by appointments and they were already busy when I got there so I’m very grateful! They said they’d have it done by end of day but I needed it sooner and they made it happen!! Best mechanic shop experience I’ve had.
I rarely take my vehicle to mechanic shop because of some bad experiences in the past, but I had heard a lot of good things from people at church about Carencro automotive . They did not disappoint. Their level of knowledge the technology they use in their expert report has made me a believer

Had to get the front driver's side strut replaced on the van. After making arrangements on the phone, I had it towed to the shop. Thorough inspection of the suspension on the front end and identified all the issues. They helped us to secure financing to cover the costs, and went above and beyond to explain everything from start to finish. Extremely satisfied with the work done and the excellent customer service . Would absolutely take my vehicle there again and recommend to everyone.
I had a good experience bringing my car for the first time at Carencro Automotive Repair, although I felt like they were a little on the expensive side the quality of the work was worth it. The staff was very nice and informed me every step of the way. They answered all of my questions even when I called them back several times. I think the guy who helped me the most name was Marvin if so, he has spectacular customer service skills. Thank you for all your help.
