I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys really deserve it. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like more than just another customer. Super friendly, honest about what my car needed (and what it didn’t), and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell they actually care, which is rare these days. Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left feeling like I could trust them 100%. Definitely my go-to spot from now on

Car was stolen back in October and Jake's came through in a pinch and not only find it but towed it to safety and they got in touch with us even though our number changed. Super nice and professional.

My 88-year-old father-in-law's car needed a rim replaced. I called Jake's and he quoted me an excellent price and said he could have it pulled later today. I asked if he could try and pull a rim with a useable tire and he said he couldn't promise anything but would try. I said "try" is good enough!
The rim was ready on time and came with a tire in excellent condition! I strongly recommend Jake's and will rely on them for my future needs! 10 STARS ALL AROUND!

Not only did Jakes pick up my old car and haul it off AND PAY ME FOR IT. Just tell recently w ran out of gas on highway 90 and it was super early in the morning and one of the workers was so helpful and helped me get gas and get back on the road. Definitely did not have to do that but was super kind and helpful, he literally saved my entire day!! Thanks Jakes!!
Folks at Jakes Avondale, La location are People Friendly. Clint and The lady at the front desk are keeper type employees. Both are good for the advancement of a business.
They went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me everytime I showed up with questions about my vehicle in storage there. Patience and Professional best describe how they treated me. Boy I appreciated that.
The staff at Jake's is always pleasant to deal with, Helpful with all your questions. We pick up quite a few trucks from here and they always answer the phone very pleasant and have our trucks ready so we can pick them up. Clint is always willing to work with this customers, and makes you feel right at home. Don't ever change you've got a great thing going thank you so much.

Great company. I went by to get the stuff from my vehicle and the gentleman there was very nice helpful and even held the umbrella for me. I think his name was Clint.
Very pleasant experience. I was allowed to view part before purchase to ensure it was acceptable. Extremely fair prices. I was quoted 3 to 4 times higher from out of state companies.
Customer service was great along with affordable prices. I had to purchase new engine for Cadillac, they kept me informed and made process a little easier. My go to shop!

To say the least, when you need help with your car, you are not having a good day. They were very nice and quick. Eastwood, i think it was, made an inconvenience and bad day a little better. Usually when you use a business like this they could care less. Definitely did not take my business for granted and went above and beyond even though it was late in the day. Would highly recommend them!
Business hours 8am- 5pm. Closed the window in my face after 4:03pm after trying to get my belongings out of my car. He said "we close at 4pm and I have things to do" then shut the window. I traveled 45 minutes to get disrespected by a company that will get paid regardless. I called to verify time, representative told me 5pm and checked online, all resources state 5pm. This guy was very nasty and did everything but tell me get off the property. I don't understand please if you have other options choose them. This place is terrible.
I bought a wrecker from them and they promised me that the it was in perfect condition. The truth of the matter was they rigged every single wire on that flatbed just to get it off the lot. The flatbed broke down four hours away from the shop and they didn’t move a finger to help me. I got the flatbed to my yard I’ve been working on it for months I have not put any miles on it and have not drove it not even down the block and they don’t answer not one of my calls they ignore me they don’t return my calls. When I was buying it they said anything I needed anything went wrong they would help me. They were all lies ,I trusted them. My advice to anyone buying a wrecker from them is don’t. I have found so many rigs on this flatbed just to get it to keep running I’m having to replace turbo the AC system due to them rigging the compressor rigging the turbo and I’m still adding to the list the vehicle is not running yet. I’ve given him the opportunity to make this right and they ignore that too.
The gentleman that took my money and retrieved my car from the back was very nice to me.He checked my tires as I asked if he would. He also made sure my new plate was intact. I think his name was Timmie. Very polite. The other guys were not involved in our transaction.
