I spoke to Taylor at Riverside about selling a wrecked car. He said he would go check the car out the next day. I never heard from him again despite calling and leaving messages every day for a week. Eventually, I gave up and went somewhere else. A really bad experience that added to an already bad situation. EDIT: Soon after I posted this review, I received a call from Taylor. It was nice to finally hear from him after more than a week of calls and messages. At that point, Taylor made me an offer on my vehicle, which was significantly lower than what Copart offered. I have no ill will towards this business but I want people to avoid having the experience that I did.

Called about a part and was told they have it in stock I drive over 2 hrs 192mile round trip. I show up 11:20 give them my name and who i talked to they said part is still on the truck all they seamed interested in was taking a deposit and come back I stated the details of travel and the time it took and that I would rather just buy it out right and just pull the part and be on my marry. Just so happens the entry they had on the computer was from 2011 and they couldn’t possibly have it anymore. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE that worked behind the counter beat me out of the parking lot. I guess they had a hot lunch date. First and last time going there

When visiting New Orleans on a country long road trip, I had a small car accident that left us needing a new radiator. We thought our trip was over. But, The guys at Riverside stepped up on the fly to help my wife and I get our car back on the road in less than 24 hours. The friendly staff and quick service. Go see Patrick for your auto parts need. Patrick is very friendly and locates the part you need in a timely manner. Patrick helped one of my friends that needed parts for his rx300 that they had in there yard. My friend Craig talks highly of this place with the service he receives and especially Patrick that goes out his way to get the part you need. You need to experience the friendly staff and cheap prices on parts that you need for your vehicle. And ask for patrick!
