Told me car was in shop, waited 2 months. Finally told them “he’s working on it and it’ll be done when he can” wasn’t enough of an answer. Call today and I’m told “I’ll get it done when I can, if you don’t like it you can come get the car.” Needless to say, I went and towed my own car. With no help and all attitude from them. Got my car and it hasn’t been TOUCHED in TWO months!!!!! I will never do business with them again and I do NOT recommend it.

Worse experience ever, they towed my Van and my utility trailer a day before thanksgiving, I paid them that same day $400 for both. I told them we will comeback for the trailer later but because the holiday we couldn’t. I was not told that I had to pay another $200 for picking up the trailer the following week. So I ended up paying $600, ridiculous. This is the main reason why business don’t sucess now days. You dont rip people off for no reason.

Went there for inspection sticker at 4pm. Inspector was busy so we waited out turn. Inspector asked for the correct paperwork, inspected the truck, and put new sticker on. Quick & easy!

My car was damaged when it was broken into while on vacation. We dropped the car off and Josh took care of everything for us. When we got our car back it was as good as new. They did a wonderful job. My mom also had an accident and needed to have her car repaired. They also did an excellent job on her vehicle.

My daughter had a very BAD experience. After years of doing business there, we will now take our business elsewhere when needed. I guess they enjoy stealing from her and her veteran husband! YOU BOTH ARE CROOKS!

I certainly won’t be back. I was given the run around for over a month about an issue with my car, no one would return my calls, my husbands, or my insurance agents. When I drove in from out of state to speak to someone in person, the owner was very rude. Essentially, I lost $700 because of faulty work done at Smith’s body shop, which I have documentation to prove. They will not receive any more business from me or my family.

Very helpful. They have been working with me to resolve a title issue with my ex who steal my vehicle and his dad crushed it.
