We have taken 3 different vehicles here for work and each time they did a wonderful job! The customer service is great! And we have been happy with our vehicle repairs, etc! There have been a couple of delays on receiving the parts but that’s at no fault of their own.
Had really good service from start to finish. After looking at the vehicle they were able to get me in within a couple of weeks. The car was ready within a week. Frank and his team did excellent work.
Would not recommend this company to my worst enemies. The service is bad , you call all day and no one picks up the phone . Then when you finally get someone they don’t know anything and they say they’ll call you back and NEVER do . Would tell me my car would be ready on this day , I’ll call to make sure I can pick it up and it still wasn’t ready . When I picked up my car I had to tell them that my black trim wasn’t on my car , the chrome part that goes above my door wasn’t on there , my trunk button wasn’t working i can the wires in my door hanging out and they replaced my back glass but forgot to tint it like the rest of my windows. My husband and myself have tried to call this business several times and absolutely nothing.
Terrible service!!! Have gotten the run around on estimated time for the vehicle to be finished. They say “call back in a few days”!! It’s been 4 1/2 weeks and still not finished!!!!
I wanted to give this business a good review but we had so many issues with the final pickup of our car that it hurt the rating. Communication was ok for the most part and the paint work and minor engine work turned out pretty good. Issue is that we were told the car was done and found the skid plate and splash guards were missing after driving two hours to pick it up. We were then told they’d install them and deliver the car to our house. That didn’t happen and the timeline was pushed back. We eventually met in the middle to pick up the car and the splash guards were still not installed. The owner came two days later to install them which was a nice gesture to a twice botched delivery, but after looking over the splash guards myself, half of the retainers were missing and the bolts holding the skid plate weren’t even hand tight. I would not recommend using this shop unless it is your only option. Look over the work thoroughly. This shop has a lot of internal communication and quality control issues that they need to resolve.
The office staff that I dealt with were VERY NICE! I was told about when my car should be fixed and it was right on time! This was my1st time dealing with them. My coworker told me about them. They did workfor them and they were pleased. They will get my business if I ever need them again. I will tell others as well.
Poor quality of work. Took my mother's 2012 Chrysler town and country. To them when the carport collapsed on it. During the snow storm in February this year. Took forever to get it back. Then after he was "done" there was a door rattle. Which he never fixed. Poorly put the interior trim back in place. Nothing has worked correctly on that side of the van since. Do not use this cheating business
Masfield collision center is great to work with. Anything needed they were more than happy to help. The repairs done were of great quality and performed in a timely manner. Highly recommend using them.
