The hours of operation are not accurate. We drove an hour out of the way to the yard to collect personal belongings from a car that was totaled yesterday in an accident. We arrive and the gate is locked and no one is on site. We called the number on the gate and were told that it is not accurate and the yard is not open on the weekends. The yard is only accessible from Monday-Friday from 8a-5p.
EDIT: husband went back on Monday at 12 pm and they wouldn’t allow him to access the car to collect our families belongings without the registration that was locked away in the glovebox of said car.

They did more damage retrieving my vehicle than was caused by the wreck. The whole staff is carless and rude. Double charged after insurance already paid storage fees. Highly suggest picking anyone else. Unless you like throwing away money. They're in with the cops so hopefully you do research
Worst experience ever. The driver broke my custom bumper and ruined my new candy paint job. They charged me an outrageous price for towing a few miles and storage fees for less than 12 hours. They charged me 4% of the full cost because I used my card for payment. I will be filing a complaint with them and talking to my lawyer.
Our nephew hit a pot hole south of Shreveport on la 5 early Saturday morning headed to Houston on business around 3:30AM and blew 2 tires. He was stranded on the side of the road in the dark and luckily had cell service and called us. We called several Towing services but the only one that answered was Nolan’s towing. Jacob loaded up quickly and was able to load the truck and drive him to a tire place in Mansfield by 6:45 Am. I will definitely recommend them and will always use them when we need a Tow! Very rude,tried to charge me 45 dollar fee for coming after 5pm,after I told her i was on the wayhad all my paperwork but said it wasn't right called owner everything notarized she argued us down ,stressful situation still got my car didn't need anyone treating me unfair
I was not there for the arrival of Nolen's however I received very positive feedback about how assistive the driver was to do a good job. Will definitely call them for future tows.
