I recently took my wife’s jeep to Bobby’s collision center to have some body work done on it but upon arrival the first thing that I noticed was the appearance of the facility.the place was absolutely impeccable . The staff and service was a 10 out of 10 and that includes the work they did on the jeep.I’ve dealt with a lot of body shops over the years and this one is by far the best. I highly recommend them and if I ever need their service again I will definitely return to them.

We used Bobby’s for some repairs after being rear ended. They were absolutely phenomenal to work with and a very quick turnaround. We dropped the vehicle off, it was done within 2 weeks. When we got home with it we realized our hitch cover didn’t get replaced. My husband talked to them and they said, they would order it and get it fixed and would just have us come back in with the vehicle. They called a within a week and said they had the part. They drive to my work, picked up the car, fixed it, washed the exterior, and brought it back. Phenomenal experience all around. Highly recommend.

I have had my car in the shop two times in 2 1/2 months. Bobby and his employees are wonderful! My car looked like it just came off the lot when I picked it up!! The office and grounds was so clean, it was unbelievable ! I highly recommend Bobby Auto Shop!!

Best customer service I have received from auto repair persons. Communication is excellent, integrity and service is their business model. Shop is clean and excellently maintained. Don't be concerned on the distance from where you live. They will take care of you.
Someone hit our car and we couldnt shut the door to continue our road trip. We called this shop and a guy named Mark quickly came right over and made it so we could close our door and he only took like 3 min.

Bobby fixed my Murano after the carpot caved in on it and my husband truck. Got it fixed a week ealier than insurance had told me. AWESOME job. Now my husbands truck in there. Bobby is extremely busy and is very truthful and the nicest man you'll want to met. Honors my car being fixed as long as i own it for repairs he did. Can't say enough nice things about him and his guys. Call him and you'll be happy you did.
Great customer care experience from dropping off and picking up! Quality of repairs were what I expected. The shop is a little out of the way but well worth the less than 15 minute drive from southeast Shreveport.
