ZERO stars. This place has had my son's car for over a month and "still waiting on parts." Gave him $875 when he went to pick it then surprisingly the engine light came on. They said that they need to keep it to figure out what's gong on. That was 2 weeks ago and they won't return his call or text. Very suspicious! Or criminal?
Car was sent to the shop for fuse testing and came back windows busted and bumper destroyed. I was scammed out of 600$ and fee prices.So unprofessional they steal your new car parts and switch them out for less efficient parts..

Him! Scammed us out of $700 and didn’t even fix our car it broke back down not even a week later! We tried calling and he basically told us we gonna have to pay more to fix it when he didn’t even fix it In the first place just made it temporarily drivable. Fred is a disgrace to real mechanics. Would never shop with him again and now i gotta sell my car because I’m putting more money into it then it’s actually worth thanks Fred!

I got a good deal on a rim &tire for my car and he made sure we had a jack and lug wrench in case we had trouble on the way to Covington La.
Kept my 145 after getting into it with my son..never brought car on time he waited until 7 pm to attempt to bring. Driver Brought car back to destination and slammed it down. No one never called me to tell me he wasn't bringing.

They get your stuff the try and charge you a ridiculous price and obstacles to get it then after a while he files for a title then its his ! People tell me he been doing it for years.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever had to experience. I went to Fred's twice with my first vehicle I've ever financed; I busted my oil pan hitting a rock that apparently made me need a new motor. The new motor doesn't run right at all. I have all the same exact lights that come on. Said it was this and that and change a whole bunch of parts including my sunroof. which now makes the roof leak. The interior of the car is ruined. Completely disgusting. Black putty on the lights. Cannot use inside lights or visor lights. Glass still in the door frame after I had to ask them vacuum it out. Missing floor matt on the passenger side. Took TWO MONTHS for my car to get ready and that's how I pick it up. Not professional nor the mechanics. Would never want anyone to go threw what I did. My once very nice Honda Accord V6, the inside and how my engine runs now is heartbreaking.
On a road trip from coast to coast in a 1960 Land Rover. We had some engine problems in Natchez and brought it into Fred's. He not only found the problem with the points but made sure I could set them myself should the problem happen again. Thanks for all your help Fred.
