Very friendly, courteous and helpful , I am pleased with the work they performed on my truck , it was as clean under the hood when I got it back as it was when I dropped it off , that’s important to me ! UPDATE : I had to carry my truck back twice for the air conditioning that they repaired , it still does not cool, oh it does ok early in the morning but by mid-day it’s blowing warm air ?
Always had the parts I needed to finish my jobs. Probably the best repair shop in the Concordia/Tensas parish area. MR Jerry and his son are highly talented Automotive technicians. 5 stars. From plugging a flat tire, to full body restoration. You won't find better within a 200 mile area. Facts.
In a world of impersonal big box stores and large corporations, a small town business like Sharp's is well worth visiting. They always go out of their way to take care of my vehicles as if I was family. And when you are greeted by the friendly likes of Josh, BJ, and Lance, how can you not appreciate that there are still a few businesses around who truly care.
We had a check engine light that we werent sure what had caused it. Sharps was able to quickly diagnose it and get us on our way. Turns out it was just a historical light that showed wew were low in oil and he cleared the light for us, no charge. They were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
