Today my cousin and I went to change her battery. The two employees we spoke to were VERY kind. The business was fast and they even helped us out in ways they didn’t have to. I just want to say good customer service goes a LONGGG way, i will be referring people here if they need a battery. Thanks Interstate Batteries, yall have been very helpful:)))
Came in wanting to know if my battery was good or could be charged. Was wanting a used battery if not the guy who helped was really helpful and knowledgeable It was a very good experience don't come across great experiences where you feel they are looking out for the customer not just the business. Didnt get the guys name but he was awesome.
It's not letting me comment under your comment. I already went to your store and they would not give me a new battery. So what writing on here would solve. Yall couldn't even solve the problem in the store. And the little Asian dude had a little attitude like he's better than someone.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst batteries and worst service ever. I've been trying to get my battery changed out for 6 months. They keep on saying it's still good. You better hope you don't get a bad battery from here because they will never replace it. And they look at you stupid whenever you try to tell him what's going on. Intermitting problems with this battery. They don't stand by their product.
When you go, be prepared to pay for the most expensive battery which will fit your car or other application. The website shows other choices, but because they don't stock those, you get to pay for the premium one which costs about $50 more. Two other people who came in behind me were told the same thing. So, it's a policy of this business. Then, unlike most other retailers who sell batteries, they charge $25.00 to install it. Another policy of the business which is designed to milk the customer for as much as they can. Not a customer friendly place!
Talk about the worse customer service EVER!!!! Dropped off battery to be charged and went back 24 hours later and still did not put on charger to check if battery was still good. What a waste of my time!!!!
I was told it would be ready at 12 noon, get there at 2:20 and still not completed!!!!

I pulled in 30 minutes after closing in a truck with a bad battery. Someone inside saw me and asked if I needed help. After explaining my situation, he let me in and sold me a battery and loaned the tools necessary to install it. 5 stars all around. They really got me out of a bind.
A BIG shoutout to the folks here at IABC. We are snowbirds from Wisconsin in need of a couple of AGM house batteries for the rig. They helped me get to the right product after looking at the options. I installed them myself adjacent to their parking lot. Staff came out a couple of times to check on my progress and loaned a wire brush to help get a better connection.
COVID stuff: a couple of tables set up about 8’ inside the warehouse doors to serve customers. Some staff wearing masks... others not. The same can be said of the customers. It was fairly busy when we were there.
They are helpful, accommodating, and the batteries are very reasonable and reliable, especially the used ones, which hold up well. I've bought several over the years.
Also, they are understanding if you can't afford some of the more expensive batteries, and will recommend a less expensive shop, with the understanding that the other place's batteries have a shorter warranty.
I showed up not knowing much other than I needed to replace the dead battery I walked in with. The guys here are great, they provided immediate service and were personable.
My employer purchases a lot of different type batteries here. We have need of battery packs that they were able to duplicate for less than half of what the manufacturer charges. Service is always fast and the guys there know batteries.
what attracted me to Interstate all battery center was the tracking of how long a battery has been sitting on the shelf. there is a max time allowed before the batteries are replaced with fresher ones.
Great service! I was able to learn alot about my battery (even though I couldn't buy one because Mazda owned rights to my battery) and they informed me of what my other options were. Will definitely go back for my future battery needs!
I went to purchase a MT 51 shown on the interstate web site, the battery comes with a 2 year free replacement and 5 year pro rated, according to the official interstate website, had a problem recently, 1.25 yr after purchase, these rip off artists insist that the battery only has a one year warranty since it is used on a lawnmower, guess what!!!! it is advertised as a lawn mower battery on the interstate website. I even went back with a print out from the website showing the warranty. they looked at me as if I was the stupid one, then stated they are the distributor and what they say goes, and I could shove the paper I brought with me some where. I thought the guy was very unprofessional, and the last comment upset me a bit. I asked for a manager and he told me the same thing, one year warranty, even took my print out and wrote over the wording "one year". the battery was a little cheaper than the John Deere dealer, but the JD dealer gave me in writing the 2 yr /5 yr warranty in writing on their receipt. and guess what, the JD battery was about $ 20.00 more that the one I bought last year, Never again!!!!!!
