Very thankful for Gerald’s Towing. My family member was involved in a head on collision. When we called the office , spoke with a lady named Angel. She explained everything so well and emailed exactly what we needed make it easy for us. She was an ANGEL. When we went to the office we wanted to meet the crew that worked the accident( we saw pictures we knew it was a lot). It was a young man by the name of Quinton he made sure all his personal property was picked up at the scene and all the guys made sure his belongs were stored and secured until we were able to arrive. It was an honor to meet these guys that made it all so easy for us. They all were so respectful and just wonderful folks. Definitely recommend.. The McAlister Family.

Gerald’s was very reasonable with me after one of our drivers was involved in an accident in Lafayette all them ladies in the office were super nice and hospitable. Yall really helped a small company out. Thank you from Texas. We will definitely call yall when we have trouble in Louisiana. If yall are ever in south Texas and need help yall know my number. I got yall.

We were traveling home with our RV just before dark Saturday evening. We hit a hole as we met a truck on 2 lane Hwy and had a blow out on a tire. We were lucky and pulled into a well location. We have roadside assistance through Good Sam’s. We called them immediately and it took a while for someone to get to us, but it was well worth it! Mark Boone from Gerald’s towing &truck repair came out and took off the burned up tire. He put on our spare. From the moment he drove up he was kind and answered all my questions. He took care of us and got us back on the road headed home. I would highly recommend them for any emergency. Thank you, Mark! Linda Branton

My family and I got stuck out on I-10 on a Saturday and they were able to send out a mobile guy to see if he could help, Ryan was his name and he helped us quite a bit. Then they had to send out the tow because the fix was a bit more challenging. David was the guy who came out and he also did a fantastic job. Over the weekend they were planning on how they were going to help get us back on the road and by Monday Christy and them in the office were happy to help us take the necessary steps in order to get moving again. That’s where Lil John came to our rescue and added his mechanical expertise to fix the problems and identify the initial issue that caused all the trouble. They recommended local restaurants and points of interest for our stay and even helped us get a better rate at the hotel across the street from their shop. They always made us feel like they really cared about us which means a lot when you’re from out of town and broken down. I would recommend them 1000X if your in the area and need help, they were the only number we needed to call.

How are you going to have large parking area along a main road with no signs stating no parking? Not a single sign. Over a 50 yard space. Talk about a period scheme to tow ppl into your yard that park there even though there is no signs. The lady at the hotel next door said that’s the exact reason they don’t have signs up and have been doing it forever. I have no idea how that’s even legal. The workers are rude and threatening. Guess they have the perfect people to be working for a tow company huh? Definitely stay clear of this place and its people.

Don’t ever call these guys. They will Robb you. For a starter they charged me 3300. Last night I was told that for the starter they were going to charge me 2000. 775 for tow, 572 for road call and 800 for the part. The part cost 275 in the dealership. Plus the took the old one to the dealership, they stole that money to. One starter cost me 3319.85$$$$$ Stop stop calling these people

Hello everyone Stay away from these people. For a small job. They will charge you way too much. Their call service will charge you almost 1000$ to show up. The part they will charge u 20 times extra from the deal. They are liers and take ur business somewhere else. Call the TA or other mechanics

Mark Booe Is the Best mechanic I have met in my 40 years of driving commercial vehicles. He was very thorough very respectful and made sure everything was okay when I was down the road. Thank you Gerald's towing thank you Mark Booe

Let’s just say hands down will call again if I ever need a tow truck. Not only was Gerald’s Towing the only tow company in the 40 mile radius to answer the phone and have a tow truck but they got to us within an hour at 9:30pm. Not to mention on Father’s Day. David went above and beyond for my fiancé and I tonight. He not only made a crap situation into a better one but his care for his job made the service even better. Very sweet and let’s also mention how much of a badass he was in handling the situation. He did everything in his power to not only get out truck where we needed it but he made sure to do it without causing any more damage. If I EVER need a tow truck again I will be calling and requesting DAVID! This man needs a raise and everything else with it! We are highly satisfied!

I know I must have caught them on a good night, but they were fast. Dispatch told me 60-90 minutes and I was hooked up on the back of the tow truck and headed towards the shop within an hour of my call. Garrett, the tow driver was professional and was aware of my time trying to get me taken care of within the two hour minimum.

Absolute nightmare! If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called towing service is a complete disaster. They took HOURS to show up, even after multiple calls. When they finally arrived, the driver was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no idea what he was doing. To make matters worse, they damaged my truck during towing and then refused to take responsibility! Their customer service is nonexistent—good luck getting anyone to answer the phone once they’ve taken your money. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy terrible service, ridiculous delays, and extra repair bills!

They are working AT&P Diesel. We calle AT&P Diesel to check if they can provide a service after asking for rates of services we decided to go with another company. They sent in their road service anyway and when we refuse to pay for a service we did not requested and obviously they did not provide they sent in Gerald’s Towing and once they arrive they were aggressive and demanding. They called the police but since we did not requested their service and no service was provided they had to leave without payment. Please do not give them any personal or vehicle information before getting their rates of accepting their service.

They took advantage of innocent people on this last snow storm in La 2025. The I 10 was closed .At the exit,We were parked at side of the road. By 3 am police officer came telling us all to move to the plaza on the right. First ,I was hesitant to go and get stuck n snow but I saw some truckers went in and police coming back to me... I started driving to that Dollar tree plaza. All of 11 trucks got stuck in the snow...Then the police called this Towing to tow us and he started charging $1600 for pulling me three feet to unstuck... Tried to pay He doesn't accept credit card he wanted cash form. He said we will pay like 1000or 1100. I took pictures of his device invoice ( attached pic) He went to work on other trucks ...He come back started asking $1600 Yes,that reducules price. I started negotiating with the guy he called the police and told them balabla theft of service /All roads were closed no where to go was ICE everywhere and he wanted to two my truck I tried to pay some reasonable price for the service...I talk to other drivers he charged some $1400...Police come I thought they ll try to make things work. tlThen they say there is nothing they can do and he can impound my truck...I ended paying whole price and he said he ll keep charging $400 every hour extra. The police officer got us stuck on the snow then he called this guys to milk thousands of $ ...it looks like plain scam. As owner operator with kids at home this is small family business I couldnt afford to pay that much for such three minutes job.This wasundeer stats emergency It's a Greed and inhumane what happened...I feel scammed.When you call this company negotiate the price...

Eric and Dylan were amazing! The extra attention to safety and detail that Eric possessed was truly appreciated and assuring. The extra time taken after initial recon to game plan was outstanding! Way to go guys, keep it up!

Truck broke down was able to get my truck towed here and fixed within a timely manner.. Very respectful staff, communicative and they don't charge and arm and a leg.. will definitely call if I have a break down in the future and do highly recommend this establishment.

What an awesome crew on Dec 6, you were called to tow my broken-down truck!! Michael was extremely efficient, professional and personable. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They were the only company with the balls to come pick my rig up off the Atchafalaya Bridge last night after several companies refused. It was a precarious situation because drivers would not move over. Even as the tow truck pulled up, another Volvo almost hit the tow truck. Juan and RJ were great to work with and were patient while my dispatcher slowly got the payment secured. Even got a better deal on the trailer brake repair than what TA was going to charge the company.

I can’t say enough good about our experience. From the first phone call to Eric arriving to haul our RV to be repaired was as good as it could be. When back at the shop he took the time to point out places to see and best of all, to eat. Top class all the way!

Gerald’s towing is the best in the area! They provided excellent towing of our 40’ Diesel pusher RV. Our RV broke down on I-10 near Scott LA and Gerald’s towing showed up in the dark, put up safety lights and cones to ensure we were safe from harm from big trucks speeding by. The professionalism of Gerald’s staff’s expertise was incomparable. They knew their job and did it well. Gerald’s son and grandson run a great crew. They are the best in the industry for miles and miles away. Our RV was towed to their shop and they were diligent about getting our RV fixed and running. We felt safe during our stay on the lot and were treated like royalty. Very kind, caring, responsive and respectful crew at Gerald’s. Trust them with your valuable Rig, you will not be disappointed.

Was in the Lafayette area when my truck decided not to regen. I limped over, they hooked the computer up to my truck, diagnosed, and then forced a regen. In and out, quick service and the cost was super reasonable. Thanks again! Would def recommend for truck maintenance.

These guys really came in clutch!!! I stopped at the Loves truck stop because I’d lost trailer brakes, and their shop was backed up for hours. Tayven was calling me within minutes, and stayed in touch the whole time. I don’t know how many places he had to go to get my part, but he did what he had to do to get me going. Great communication, and great service. I will be recommending Gerald’s Towing to my friends and family out here on the road. Thanks Guys!!!

Superb service! Tow truck Driver Jay was perfect. Mike diagnosed my problem over the phone and repaired my truck in less than an hour. After 2 roadside techs from the Loves truck stop couldn’t find the problem. Great job from start to finish at Gerald’s

I called needing a tow as my semi was stuck in soft mud. Within 90 minutes they arrived and in 10 minutes I was free from the mud. Thanks so much to Cody for the professional service and getting me back on the road.

They pulled me out of a mud hole and assisted me back on the road. Charged me what we agreed upon. Kind and friendly. Better prices than anywhere else that I could find.

We had a stack of 5 chassis that were leaning and about to fall down. Kole assessed the situation, setup correctly and quickly, operated the rotating boom with precision, and got us square and rolling in no time. Super fair on the price. Good people too. ?? Real pros!
