1 star is to much!!!!! Starting to feel like the accident my niece was involved in was a set up for this company to make insurance money. Be wear of this company they don’t care about you!
Crappy service , rude employees! While waiting for the registered owner we were treated like criminals trying to retrieve personal belongings from a vehicle my niece was in during an accident. We’re not allowed to wait on or around the street where the vehicle was being stored.
These people are horrible I was in an unfortunate situation in a small town with few options. I was forced to pay cash they tried to hold my van in there yard. I couldn’t retrieve any of my items from the van if I could give them a 0 star rating that would be to much. Don’t let The old man driver fool you he’ll talk nice to you but he’s a horrible person as well. This is nothing but a money grab. Stay calm stay positive and you might make it it thru dealing with this corrupt business.
Very hostile man works here. Was trying to help a friend and wish I had recorded his demeanor with her. He was extremely agressive to a female that waa already traumatized with her situation. I would recommend only going here to get your possessions with a man present and authorities.
Anyone me or my wife talked to on the phone was rude and very unprofessional, wouldn't give us any information and when they did tell us something they would go back and say they never told us that
This is the worst company ever. My daughter got run off the road and a LA state trooper called them to pull her out the ditch just as my husband was about to get there. He wanted to change $251 but didn't take card and when my husband said he'd have to run and get cash he wouldn't wait and towed off to the yard to get more money. Very unprofessional and rude!!!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional, nasty, rude driver. Refused to move my car to my house till the next day. They insisted I leave it there so they could charge the insurance. They were mad when I decided to have it moved by another company. I paid him, he immediately moved my car to the road. Would not wait the 20 minutes for the other wrecker to show up. He charged me $563 to move my vechile less then 10 miles.
