5-star work from Jim at A-1 towing. I needed my brand new Nissan Altima towed from my house and the front end is quite low and the front "bumper" houses all the radar hardware so Jim took patience and very slowly pulled it up the roll back and THANKFULLY had boards to assist in raising the front end up to get it on the rollback with ZERO damage. Nissan Roadside Assistance on the other hand was informed prior to a tow truck showing up the I'd need ramps to get the car on the rollback and just like you'd expect the incompetent operator at Nissan Roadside assistance never mentioned this to Jim but he made it happen!!! THANKS JIM!!!!! Lastly, Jim was at my house within 30 minutes of the initial phone call to Nissan Roadside Assistance. Wow!!!
Amazing company! My family as well as my husband and I continue to use A1 and they always treat my family as well as our vehicles as though the are they are their own. 100% satisfied!
Josh and Charles were absolutely amazing! They showed up quickly, were professional, and went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. They handled everything with care and made sure I was safe and taken care of. You can tell they really care about their customers. I recently used AAA’s roadside assistance after my Cadillac Escalade battery completely died. AAA contacted A-1 Wrecker Service, and Shannon arrived within an hour. He was courteous, professional, and personable — the kind of person who immediately puts you at ease in a stressful situation.
Shannon carefully towed my vehicle to the dealership and made sure to speak directly with the service agent I had already talked to. I had full confidence that my car was in good hands. The next day, my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup without any issues.
I truly appreciate Shannon’s professionalism and positive attitude. He represented both AAA and A-1 Wrecker Service exceptionally well. Highly recommend!

They were awesome. When I called dispatch said it would be 2hrs, they were here in 20 mins. The first tow truck was too long & wasn't able to move to get my car onto the truck bed. He called for smaller truck & they came right away Josh was able to load my car onto the truck. Both of them were fast & professional
I lucked out for sure with my AAA tow because they sent out a great tow company, A-1 Wrecker, from here in Lake Charles. It took maybe 5 minutes for AAA to have Amy with A-1 call me and 6 minutes for the driver, Ike, to confirm he was on his way. Ike with A-1 secured my husband's F250 nice and tight on the bed of his tow truck and was gone in no time at all. Amy in the A1 office was so easy to work with and I had no concerns about what kind of company was driving off with our truck. The distance I needed my truck towed was more than the amount covered by my AAA policy but A-1 gave me a great rate for the balance I owed. Top notch. Highly recommend.
