Came in and got battery tested for free and then bought a battery, with discount for turning my old one in, and they changed it for me for free! Henry at the counter did all of this really quickly! I got it done on my lunch break from work and had time to eat after getting this done. 10/10 recommend
I received wonderful service today from Gavin at Advance Auto Parts! He was so kind and helpful, and I was able to get both my car and key batteries replaced in no time.
I stopped by and Henry greeted me with a smile as soon as i approached the counter. I bought an auxiliary battery and instead of waiting for me to ask for installation which has happened before at another facility he made sure he asked me if I needed an installation without making me, a female feel like I couldn’t do it myself. With installation 4 other customers came in he excused himself and got everything done within 20 minutes. Thank you for handling business with such kindness and professionalism

Dead battery in wife’s car. No tool with me. Stopped at Advanced Auto Parts at 3804 Ryan, Lake Charles. They had the battery and did a quick install great service and got me back on the road.
I love this store!! I was surprised the manager, Henry, was so kind and professional, he put my wipers on himself. Everyone that works there are professionals and carry a smile. They're quick and know their business. Even when I came in needing a bulb, that's all I knew, they went to my car and figured out what I needed, even offered to put it in. Great business and great people!!! Check them out!!!!

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts on Ryan St in Lake Charles. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure to buy more. The store was clean, well-stocked, and checkout was fast. Excellent service all around—I'll definitely be back!
This was my first visit to this location, it was clean and customer friendly. My questions were answered and needs were met. The store had a great staff and appears to be well managed. I will make this my auto part store of choice going forward. Thanks guys.
