My brother wrecked his van and because it belonged to my deceased mother they will not permit him to get his tools for his work out of the van. They will also not allow him to get keys off his ring he needs to do his job. They are being very uncooperative. This was his only means of transportation and now he is stuck being unable to work because of their actions.

Charged an elderly lady $440 for a quick pull out when she ran her car off the road. Her card was declined and they threatened to take her car so instead the first responders on scene had to pay her bill so the 80 year old was not left stranded. Horrible customer service.
I cannot express enough how awesome this company treated us. We were cominh home from MDS in Houston where my husband received an no Evidence Of Disease report from his cancer journey and got straded on the west side of lake charles with broken ball joint. Got to us within a reasonable amount of time. The driver, Zane, was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful getting us to the chevy dealership. He told us he could drive us home but after getting the quote, we decided to let the dealership fix it. After wasting a day and a half we called Harmons back to see if the offer was still available. It was and by 12:30 on Friday (this started wed early afternon) we were rolling towards Alabama. Zane was very polite, enjoyed conversing with him and was an EXCELLENT driver. Justin was so helpful and understanding of our situation. Zane actually did as he was told....he called to let me know when he made it home!! Thank You Hamons!!

Oh I bet they’ll mark it as a spam as well... regardless agree with all previous bad reviews. Won’t recommend, stay away if possible. Very unprofessional, will charge you more then they telling you at first.
Call them 4 times for heavy duty towing 3 times lady put me on hold for 15min and 4th time she said they don't have tow truck.... Stay away from them!!!
Recently needed a tow and AAA arranged service from Harmon's. We were given multiple ETAs from Harmon's, none of which were correct. We ended up waiting for 4 hours on the side of the interstate. Would not recommend if you need quick service. The actual towing service and driver were fine.

Can not say enough good about the Lake Charles location. We were towing our RV to San Antonio when our truck went down on the side of the interstate in Lake Charles and the Harmon bunch took care of us. They towed our RV to their lot until we could figure things out, then towed it to San Antonio for us the same day and recommended a trustworthy local repair shop to get our truck back up and running quickly. Woody and his people went above and beyond. It's very hard to trust people when you don't know anything about the area you're stranded in and far from home. They restored our faith that there are still good and caring people out there. Would 10/10 recommend for any towing needs!
I had a great experience with this tow company. The driver was punctual and professional. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I ever need a tow company again, Harmon’s is the only company I’ll use.
$170 for them to take my car. And they have the absolute nerve to tell me I was getting a deal. I'd rather my car be at the bottom of a lake with my unborn child inside. Avoid at all costs.
I was on my way to Baytown from New Orleans for the arrival of my granddaughters birth. My transmission gave out just 25 miles from the Louisiana/Texas state line. AAA sent out a tow to get me to where I needed to go. Brandon showed up in less than an hour and took me all the way to Baytown. He was professional and polite. He loaded up my Yukon and got me to Baytown in no time. I’m so grateful.
Unprofessional, caused thousands of dollars of damage to vehicle. We bought it years ago and live in it. I have half the title in my name. Your driver disconnected the wrong part of the drive shaft which os why the state trooper gave you a citation. And I am sorry that your company that you RUN does not live up to the standards of good business practices.
The people here are unprofessional, cuss at people, yell at people, and took over an hour to get to my car. If this post gets deleted from the owner, I am going to the Better Business Bureau. I might go anyway. If it gets deleted, I will continuously repost and get several people to post on it too.
