Having a continuous lane doesn't give you the right to speed up and push someone off the road to take you "right of way". Nice response from almost causing a crash. Speaks to your business savy. Road rage much?
I see I’m not the first one to post this same review. The driver of the tow truck, with a car in tow, tried to run me off the road as I was merging lanes with the right-of-way. Must be the same dude everyone else has complained about because he was a complete a-hole speeding up and honking the whole way. Maybe if you suffer from road rage, might not want to do it with your company’s name on the side of the truck.
The driver was frustrated when he first arrived. He wasn't sure he could get to the car because where and how it was sitting. I had to coax him and help him get it hooked up. He could have been a little more personable to my wife and mother. I was able to ignore the attitude in order to get done what had to be done. When dealing with people and providing a service, you have to always remember that it is always better to be cordial. At the end of the day, we got the car moved and delivered safely though.
After being in an accident this past week and treated horribly by cottens and after I told them not to take my car that I had a different towing company to pick up my car against my will they took my car anyway but before doing that slamming my door forcefully putting my car in gear without the keys dragging my car on all 4 tires up the tow truck and God only knows what they did at the tow yard. I do not recommend you call these people they are bot professional nor a kind atmosphere to be in there is no sign to see from the road when I asked him for all his information before taking my car he practically threw his card at me didn't give me his name like I asked .also on my way home yesterday on I 10 I can see another reason as to why they are a 3.0 rating because a driver almost took out 2 vehicles on the interstate so be aware when driving and you see them and the driver didn't even offer to bring me any where or to the shop with him just left me on the side of the interstate in the rain how professional and caring of him I wonder if that's how he would have treated his daughter or granddaughter or wife? Probably so. May God Bless you and I will Pray for your soul and those around you I'm sure they need it having to deal with a mean cold hearted little boy like you because a real man wouldn't have done what you did .
Not sure about the service but watch out for them on the road! Today I was almost clipped and then flipped off by one of their a**hole drivers on I-10.
I called them at 10:30 in the night and I was refused of service because the truck was out on a job, and I was told no because he has been out all day. Which is very understandable, but they shouldn't have "24/7" on their business hours if they aren't 24 hours everyday. That's false advertisement if you ask me, and they are the first company to pop up in my search. I just don't find that fair at all.
I broke down on the side of a country road just south of lake charles at 2:30 in the morning. I called Cotton's and dispatcher said they could have a truck there in about 45 minutes. Much to my surprise, the driver was there in twenty minutes. The driver offered me a ride to my home. Quick and reliable service is what I received, and I will definately be using Cotton's Towing next time I need a tow.
