Car was recently taken here when it was reported stolen. Spoken to them only once when the vehicle was located and the phone has been off every since. BTW, I live in houston so trying to reclaim my new 2020 Lexus from a city 2 hours away has been pretty annoying especially if the phones go straight to voicemail or off the hook. GEICO stated to me they were also having the same issue trying to contact them. My only theory is that they are withholding my car so they can get geico to pay a outrageous fee... they have been in possession of my vehicle since Thursday.
The very best! Truly God sent and always on time every time.. And no I don't mean he told me 30 minutes and 7 seconds and he took exactly that, I mean don't ask for timing. If he says he's coming your way, believe it's right on time. If he can't in your time frame, he will let you know
I would recommend this wrecking company to any one! It rained very hard about a month ago and Myself, not being smart, thought I could drive through the flood waters on Ryan street. Needless to say I got my car stuck and ALL ABOUT TOWING came within just 1 hour when everyone else told me it would be at least a 4 HOUR wait time or they weren’t sending their trucks out in the flood waters. Also my car insurance company sent me a check to reimburse the wrecker fee. Unforunately they made the mistake of sending the check to the wrecker company instead of to me! After getting in contact with the owner he took the time out of his busy schedule to personally bring me the check back after realizing this mistake had occurred! Really good company with really honest people! Check them out over anyone else
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. When other wrecker companies would not help me, All About Towing came through for me in the clutch. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
Made life easygoing for me... I figured they must have one of those EASY buttons they show on the TV ... pricing is affordable with friendly services ... Normally I hate to call a towing company for the fear of the cost is what they can get out of you at the time... last time a group charged me $400 to pull me 50ft out of my yard...
