After wasting 2hrs at Loves next door, they started dispatching their better technicians on road calls ignoring my tire repair for a broken valve stem. They mentioned I check Vic’s Truck & Trailer repair.
I couldn’t have been more appreciative and thankful for how well the guys at Vic’s treated me and took care of my issue. Maybe 20mins and I was back on the road. Oh , and no charge too. Thanks for all you did guys and you now have a loyal customer in the future. Avoid the line and bs at the Loves and come over to Vic’s instead. They are true professionals and know how to handle your truck & trailer problems especially tires. Thank you so much Vic’s , you’re the best !
I came with flat tire and after they left the trailer and took the tire out they figure the valve was the issue and fixed it. And when come the time for pay they told me is free and I don't have to pay. We don't see people like these any more in trucking industry. Very nice and honest people. Thank you so much.
Great shop! I didn’t end up doing any repairs here, but the mechanic who checked my truck was super professional. He quickly found the issue, explained everything clearly, and told me it was safe to drive home and fix it later for much less. Didn’t even charge me for the inspection! Honest and helpful people — really appreciate that.

Rip off waste of money and drove to them I thought they are responsible but what you think they next to loves truck stop 500 for a used tire and rim steel rim and used tire don’t fall for the some of the review from some of the people they might be fake but i literally paid 500 dollars that’s isn’t supposed to be that much imagine if I had the road service with them how much it would of been
These guys are the best they literally saved us when everyone was trying to take advantage of the situation prices fair but more importantly HONEST they didn’t overcharge and were genuinely perfect I can’t recommend enough

was told on phone a 85 dollar road side charge forgot to mention $300 labor charge for 30 minutes of work plus guy came 2 miles to my location from his house ....NOT recommend !

They definitely screw the owner operator. Road call hour away is $500 plus which includes 2 hours they wind up charging me $1339 for a starter caught the truck on fire and the mechanic hoped that would fix it but he didn't know. I asked them why a starter that cost $300 normally is almost doubled and could they help me on the bill some and it was a nope be happy we did it.
Called Vic's after being quoted by Love's to wait 3 hours on a tire change. They got me in IMMEDIATELY and were done in less than an hour. The guys here have a great work attitude and I was treated with priority and professionalism.
....Recommended...Pictures attached shows me waiting 50min at loves..so i called the shop next door and it took them 10min to install my spare...thats how its done loves is a waste of time and money lady said 45-1hr minimum for each customer..you dont want to waste time on the ELD call VIC'S

We blew two tires this morning on our trailer. At 3:30am the lady was very nice and dispatched someone right away. Within hour and half we are rolling again.Great service!!
These guys are awesome!!! They were honest with me up front!! My door lock fell apart couldn’t open from inside or out. Called a locksmith to get the door open and then they were able to change out the whole mechanism. Thank you

We had a clutch assembly and transmission replaced. These guys are awesome and keep their word. We were down for 7 days but that was only because of a part they were waiting on. They got us in quickly and out as quoted. I would definitely recommend this shop and crew anytime you are in that area. A+ work and reasonable.

Called Nick and had a short conversation over the phone. Told him my driver was broke down and what was happening with the truck. He basically diagnosed the problem over the phone. Within an hour he pulled up on my driver and got him going pretty quickly. If I'm ever In that area and have

They went above and beyond to help me. They helped my truck get off the side of the interstate, got him to their shop safe for the night. The next day they repaired my truck and did a good job at a fair rate for all that they had to put into it. I will keep their number and anytime I'm in the area I will use them again.
I honestly was very pleased with Nick from Vic's. He was the person who showed up to fix an already supposedly fixed bearing on my mci 45 ft motorcoach. I had been trying for days to find someone in lake Charles area to fix it while I sat in the sulfur Louisiana truck stop casino. No one else would do it or even show up. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in 6 hours. Thank you Nick. Thank you vics. The bill was very reasonable considering it was both bearings and the twice shot seal. I'm forever grateful
Broker down across the street from these people and somehow was able to make it to them they did a full diagnostics on my truck for 54$ which was as cheap as they come. Dont worry about the bad reviews shop is under new management and I would recommend them to anyone. Nick worked on my truck and did a great job.
If you got time to blow waiting on the side of the road for them when you less then 20 miles away from them like me give them a call. Yep, this the time I waited for them total. 20 minutes after I took this pic they tech show up. I call the 2nd time 15 minutes later after I call the first time waiting to see where they guy is at & they didn't pick up the phone the second time.
After reading the reviews I almost made a mistake and used someone else. Vic's were very courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend Vic's if you're in the Lake Charles area. Thanks Vic's for making me a believer!
This is a lagit 5☆ from me. I get that when they are busy you may wait a few hours but as a truck driver we all know that's how it can be sometimes. Dont listen to the bad reviews because that mostly why they wrote them. My experience as I type this review they are changing my tire. It took them 20 mins to get here and wont take 15 minutes to change the tire. This is the quickest roadside I've ever had. Pricing is pretty much the same as most other places so no complaints there. Friendly fast service. I wish all places worked like these guys. Ty again for your quickness
As an owner operator avoid this place. First thing when get there they try to make your problem bigger than it is, i went there with a bad sleeper airbag,they charged me 100 dollars when i called the airbag was $52 from the same dealer that they picked up plus the $35 dollars fee that they charge for the service to picked up. At the end my bill was 250 and took them less than an hour to pick up and install the part, when i ask the guy why the airbag cost them 100 dollars he said that he doesnt know when i asked him to show me the receipt he said that they just get the part like im stupid. Avoid this place until the last!!
