If you live in DQ and you need lawnmower belt they will take very good care of you! If you live in DQ and a Cat 4 hurricane hits, they gonna go the xtra mile for their community and get pallets of generators and gas cans and open up to serve the public!

The Employees at Napa are amazing! Even though they were extremely busy they were able to get my battery change out for me and get me back on the road.
We have went to this auto parts store several times while repairing vehicles at home- break pads, rotars, oil, air intake hoses, tools, starter, etc. The staff is pretty laid back, but friendly. You generally have to approach them for help, they don't normally come to you- sometimes they are so busy they may not be able to notice unless you ask directly. If they don't have a part they are willing to call other NAPA locations (i.e. lake charles, deridder, etc.) to see if it's available and they are willing to have it delivered to their location so you don't have to go get it. They have had parts delivered to their location within 1 hour of us requesting it. They take returns pretty fairly- wrong sizes, no longer need, etc. The store inside is clean and aisles are zoned. They are pretty good about answering the phones.
Napa Auto Parts in Dequincy has has changed. I use to hate having to depend on them for parts because they were always closed when I get off of work and I had to hurry up on Saturday to get parts by noon. They have changed their time of business hours making it easier getting there after work and seams to change their attitude for the better. I will be shopping their for now on unless my vehicle break's down on Sunday.
Map of hearing DeQuincy is currently getting uplift but it's always fresh fast friendly service and if they ain't got it they can have it for you by the next day or within the week.
