Bought alternator for my welding machine shorted out hit the machine with a/c power tested the alternator it was putting out a/c voltage machine caught fire burnt harness up coil ignition module dummy lite oil pressure switch amp gauge high low switch my local & remote switch & blew the battery up as well took all proof to them showed them this pics & alternator only to be told there not going to do anything about it when I proved it's there fault truly showed what O'Reilly's is about not the people of Dequincy but there pocket book & I've spent thousands of dollars in there store but not anymore what trash has been brought to are town sad but true quality is not in there parts & there best parts are trash just like the O'Reilly's name thanks for leaving me hanging when I knew in my heart y'all would stand behind me boy was I wrong shame on O'Reilly's and I will be sure to spread the word and let everybody know in this town and show them the pictures of the damage caused by your trashy alternator

The manager was so helpful when I was out of town working my wife needed help with a fuse in her car. She had no idea what to do. He helped her by finding the fuse and replacing it for her. Thank you so much for all of your help.
Great staff very knowledgeable and a clean environment they treated the customers with respect didn’t try and up charge for unnecessary parts either will continue to get parts from them
I like O'rilleys no fuss return policy and staff is very helpful. I don't like the fact they are limited thou on what they can look up for you concerning parts for my car.
The young guy working was polite and courteous and helpful he helped even tighten up wheel they did not have a factory style lug nut that has threads on the outside too. That is what your black plastic nuts screw to so the center cap stays on .
