Won't use Rials again after the price gouging we got. $350 for a 1 min tug in a parking lot... 5 min from the job they just finished and 5 min from their shop. I'm all for paying your guys but that was price gouging and taking full opportunity of the situation. It took him longer to run my credit card than it did to pull our truck out of the rut. We own a transportation company and have used them before and they never charged us like this, but I lost all respect after this. Our business wont use them again and I will never refer them again.
Dirty dogs!!! My brother died 4 yrs ago and his car was stolen from my mom home and it was finally picked up on a traffic violation.. I have been going back and forth with Ashley about updating me on the car had not heard from her since she told me they were going to do an auction in April or May. We'll time pass and I was there last week and I saw my deceased brother car and I was so excited. Spoke with Ashley again and she said she had to talk with the owner she called him boss man about how much he will sale the car. Ashley said she would call me back this week. I decided to call her to follow up. Ashley told me they had sold the car. I asked her why didn't they call me I have money ? she said it's first come. They NEVER CALLED ME TO EVEN GAVE ME A CHANCE... THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AS THEY COME...
SO GRATEFUL for the prompt, kind, thorough service we received! Justin rescued us from the shoulder of I-20, hoisted our Toyota Tundra onto the flatbed, hooked up our travel trailer, and away we went!! Brought our camper to an RV park for us, the truck to dealership! What a gentleman!! (Particularly after I directed him to the wrong RV park to begin with.)? (sorry about that!)
We are so grateful for the excellent service...especially since it got dark!

They were there in no time. Helped me do a pull start and aired me up. I was on the road screaming Hallelujah in no time. As a commercial carrier we are always in a hurry trying to be on time. I highly recommend this company!!
I think the manager thought I was joking when I told her she didn't charge me enough. I meant it! I was expecting to pay 3x what I paid at a towing company. They were more than reasonable, prompt to the call and super friendly... what more could you ask for?
Wanna Thank Rials Towing for the awesome Job they did! A good friend passed me theyre number I made a call @ 3am in the morning, the Gentleman answered we talked I sent him pictures. His driver called few minutes after told me the plan showed up in 30 mins 10 mins we got the situation handled and awesome Job!! Very pleased and Thankful they was able to assist us!! I used them for towing my 18 wheeler everything went all good till the tow driver decides to cut corners and lift my truck by the front tow hooks using a chain on the left side and his truck lift on the driver side well the chain come off while it was almost lifted up and when the my truck fell it busted my hood hinges I called them the next morning and sent them pctures like they asked and now no one will return my calls as promised and everytime I call the same lady says nobody is in the office not professional service
My sister had a wreck, they towed her car , folks in the office were really helpful, so was the gentleman who opened the yard for us to get her stuff from her car
Amazing family owned business. These people were so accommodating and genuinely glad to assist me. They helped me so much and didn’t mind going out of their way. Very courteous and professional yet down to earth and friendly as can be. Perfect balance. Even after dealing with Rials for a few days they were eager to help. Keep up the good work you all.
Great Service. Called and need a truck moved from a shop to the yard. Did in a very timely manner for a fair price. Worked with our fleet management company ARI for the billing
Very scary. Driving over 70 in the left lane towing a fuel tanker. Refused to get over tailed gate the ones in front of him and speed up when trying to pass. Called company they seem very amused, as in they thought it was funny.
Stranded on I 20 west going to Dallas. Called Rials Towing and Jamie responded very quickly. Very courteous and helped make a bad day a little easier. Also thanks to Ashley In The office for her quick response when I called to get a copy of the charges. Great folks!!!!
On a family road trip, we encountered car problems and needed a tow and battery jump late at night. We cannot thank this company enough for their help and trustworthy service. I would very much recommend them to anyone!
I called the office with a job and they agreed to come. Talked to driver and he was very rude and didn’t want to come and kept saying he was washing his hands with it! Well that washed my hands with Rial’s towing. Have used them several times over the years but never again. Wasted an hour that I could have been looking for a real tow service!
The guy was very rude. I did exactly what he said to do and when I got stuck again it was my fault so he decided it would make him feel better if he yelled at me with his anger. I’ll never choose to use there services again they need to re-evaluate theyr staff.
Charge us $700.00 for a 30 mile tow. Rials was my 2nd choice. I now wished I would have waited until my 1st choice was available. I've had my truck towed before but this is the first time I felt taken advantage of. Driver stated he had to charge for going back to the office which wad 3.9 miles away. I would NOT recommend Rails Towing . Charge for a 4 hour tow technically should have been a 2 hour. I would NEVER use this company again in this life time.
