True to the small town service reputation, I found Glenn to be receptive to looking at my Chevy Impala that had been in another transmission shop just a week before, in another state, but now rattled. He located the two loose bolts and after tightening soon had me on my way. Highly recommended for friendly, helpful service.
Glenn is a great guy to deal with. He just did the dreaded Ford 5.4l plug change on my 06 Expedition and charged about half what the dealer would have. His shop is pretty busy so call ahead for scheduling. I had a trailer light problem confounding me today so I called him and he squeezed me in and fixed it reasonably fast and at a very fair price. Highly recommend Glenn and his shop and will continue to use him.
January 2, 2020 Thanks to Glenn our road trip was still a success Of course it started New Year Day everything was close, so another night at the casino (). Well with that being said the next day we call Glenn, asking if he could find time to fix us in. Telling him our brake line had leak So we had no front breaks. Without hesitation he told us to come on over so we did. Thank God his shop was just across the street from the Hotel/Casino. As he call around looking for the part we needed from Louisiana to Texas but with No Luck in locating the part. Remember back in the old in days one would re-create the part and that just what he did. We had so much confidence in his work that we made two more stops on the way back to Texas before leaving Louisiana. The service and cost was right on point....
