I truly appreciate Premier Towing & Road Rescue. Very reliable towing service. My SUV broke down during a long drive and they made the situation much less stressful. The operator on the phone was polite and the driver was respectful and patient throughout the service.
I review a lot of local businesses and I do not give five stars unless they actually earn it. Called Premier Towing & Road Rescue to move my car from Port Allen to a dealership in Prairieville. Needed a tow truck out of the Prairieville area that could do the cross-river run without hiking up the price. They quoted me something reasonable, I asked if that was the real number, the dispatcher laughed and said yes that is the real number. It was. Driver showed up on time, used a flatbed which was right for the car, handled it carefully the whole way, and had me signed off and done in under an hour total. I have used other companies in this area that have quoted me one thing and charged me another. Affordable towing near Prairieville with no hidden fees is not something to take for granted out here. Fast response too for a scheduled non-emergency call. Will use again.
I drive a lifted truck so not every towing company can handle it right. Some try and make it worse. Called these guys for a flatbed tow in the Gonzales area after my transmission went out on Highway 30 heading back toward Prairieville. Dispatcher confirmed they had a flatbed tow truck available right away and understood what I needed without me having to explain the whole situation twice. Driver showed up in about 25 minutes, loaded the truck clean without any extra damage, and took it to my mechanic in Gonzales. Quoted me a fair price on the phone and that is what I paid at the end. Affordable towing near Prairieville with no hidden fees is harder to find than people think. These are good folks and I will be using them again.

Do not use this company. They tell you a driver will be there in 30-60 min. It takes them 30 minutes to create a ticket. Then they send off the request to dispatch who gets to decide when their time starts. They tell you it’s from the time payment was received and then change their mind and it’s from the time they contact their driver. They are a scam and will just take your money before you even get service. If you give a time estimate, you should tell the customer when that time starts!
Update: also just finding out that this business is run under the name towing services. They contacted me by different numbers listed out of state. I drove by the business address listed on google maps, it’s an empty building with no business at that address. This is not a local towing company. I’m sure they just take your money and try to find a local company to dispatch( if they even do that).they will also charge you cancel fees and the total amount if you cancel before “their driver” shows up. But again, they cannot give you an accurate time estimate. I would just use a local company like Gonzales, Guys, or United towing instead.
