I was very impressed. Had a repair shop reccomend Action and another tow service suggest Action when they couldn't meet my need. Spoke with 2 ladies who were both very nice and helpful. Action Towing was able to meet my needs in my time frame. I had somone meet the pick up driver and had wonderful things to say about him as well. Great, competitive price compared to several other tow services. An all- around pleasant and easy experience. Highly recommend Action Towing and will certainly use them again in the future.
So fast and the best price in town - HANDS down!! I called multiple tow companies in Ascension Parish and everyone gave me the run around. When I called Action Towing, they had a tow truck out to my son’s truck in less than 30 minutes. If you’re ever stuck in a crappy predicament where you need towing, just call Action. It will save you a headache!

Called at about 530, guy said he would be 30 min but he was there in 20..loaded my truck up and dropped off where I asked, ran my CC and said thanks and gave me a card and left..fast, friendly and on time
This past week when it was super cold and icy, our 81 year old grandmother got sucked off the road and pulled into a ditch. Thank god she was okay, but she needed help getting the car out and Mr. Wayne came to her rescue! He treated her as if she was his own mother, we appreciate Mr. Wayne for being so kind and sweet! I can't express how thankful we are for Action Towing. My aunt went in the ditch right by her house. She was able to drive it home after Action Towing pulled the car out & refused payment. What a blessing!
We had a car on the side of a busy road that had a bad blowout and needing towing a long distance back to our home. This towing company was very kind and worked with us to get our car back home asap! They’re great, highly recommend!
Horrible experience if y’all planing to contract a tower company don’t try this at all, worst company they damaged my car on the bumper and they don’t want to make it responsible for that, and that old lady with that attitude is even worse please don’t get any problems with this lame company
Some debris was tossed at my car on the interstate and gave me a flat tire. I was traveling alone with my toddler and dogs only to discover I didn’t have a jack to lift my car. They came out quickly and helped me change it! He even refused to take payment, he just wanted me to make it home safely. They were so kind and so helpful. My son loved the trucked! I’m floored by their kindness. If you ever need towing or roadside help don’t call anyone else!
My daughter called after her car would not start. The lady she talked with was very polite, informative, and gave her a reasonable price right away. Jimmy showed up the next morning right on time and dropped off the car right at the spot. This man knows what he is doing!
