Working Time and Location
Our business office and storage yard is open and accessible from 8 until noon and 1 until 5 Monday through Friday with the exception of state holidays. You will need to provide us with a state issued ID and proof of ownership. Our tow service is 24/7 for nonconsensual tows (no insurance holds, accidents, recoveries, stalled vehicles, etc.) and by appointment for mechanical breakdowns.
My unfortunate experience was lightened up by E. In all honesty, support small businesses and families. He’s a great guy and really helped throughout the whole process.
We had our vehicle towed by E's garage after getting rear ended by a hit and run driver and I have to say, despite an overall dismal situation E's garage went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed, adding to that they even went as far as to protect my interior from the massive storm we had later that night which is way more than you can ask of some other tow yard services, I couldn't recommend E's garage more to anyone in Lafayette or the surrounding parishes especially if you like a driver that communicates directly and clearly with you from the jump!
This has to be the WORST tow yard in the world. The man and woman were so mean from the beginning and had a attitude the whole time. If u can stay away from this place believe me!!!
These guys are great. I broke down in my 4wd 1 ton and called them to come and get me. The driver responded quickly and had me loaded and rolling in just a few minutes. The owner Mr. Everic looked at my truck and the next day had the part for my front axle which is a discontinued dealer only item and the price was right. I will definitely call them again. My van wouldn't start. Long story short, I contacted them and they answered ALL my questions and came out quickly to tow my van to dealership (under warranty). Everick wanted to try to jump it to back it out of my driveway and, thankfully, it started. He did not charge me the towing fee (we are not far from his place of business). We will definitely bring our automotive needs to him. So very kind. My husband said "it's good to know there are still good, decent, honest people our there that are willing to help". Thank yall for your professionalism, but even more, your kindness!

These are good folks. Took good care of my wife's car when towed and carried a real no fuss personal service on the back end. Would call them directly in the future instead of playing the sheriff roulette.

My car was towed to this company from being in an accident and when I tell you these people was very helpful and nice I would highly recommend you to bring your vehicle there if you have any problems they on there job quick.

My husband wrecked his truck and the local sheriffs department called for the next in line tow truck and E’s Garage was the one called. We are so satisfied with how quick they picked up the truck and how well they took care of it. We went the next day to take pictures and the owner and his wife was very nice and helpful. We will definitely use them in the future if we need.

Mr. ERIC WAS AMAZING! MR. ERIC WAS FAST AND Couteous, very professional and respectful. Mr ERIC treated my vehicle with care. E's Towing has set the standard in my book when it comes to a professional tow. Initially, I was told another tow company was coming to get my vehicle and it would've taken 2 hours, then I was notified less than 10 minutes later that E's Towing would be there in only about 45 minutes...Mr Eric showed up LESS THAN 45 MINUTES!!! On June 25, I was driving my classic 25 year old Ford F-150 from Houston, Texas to Cape Cod, Massachusetts (with my 100 lb. Rottweiler named Heidi). While driving (in crazy downpour weather) on I-10 East my AC compressor seized and the serpentine belt broke. I was pretty much stranded on day 1 of a six day trip. Thankfully, AAA brought my truck to E's Garage and I met the owners E and Melissa. It was late in the day so they kindly loaned me one of their vehicles and helped us find a hotel nearby. They were fantastic and really helped us out. Not only did they fix the truck (e.g., new belt and AC system by 10:00 a.m. the next morning) quickly, but it was done professionally and with a year guarantee. The price was also very fair. These folks are great people and they are super honest and straightforward. I highly recommend them and I've been a car guy for many years.
