I had my SUV towed twice in one day; first, to a local mechanic then to the dealership in Somerset. Hicks was fast and so easy to work with! He was helpful and offered an excellent price. I hope to not need towing again, but if I do, I'll call Hicks.

They responded quickly during some rough winter weather, even though it was already almost 10pm. They pulled our car up the snowy hill and got us turned around, gave us directions for a better route, and then even led the way there. 10/10, would get rescued by them again.
I was broke down a couple months ago in my grey car I had and he came all the way from Tennessee didn't charge me much and even called me to make sure I made it home safe,he was a really good guy and cares about his customers. I recommend him.
When we broke down 13 miles outside of Monticello, they came to get us in their car, took us to a hotel and went back to tow our truck in. They then took it to a repair shop and called us to let us know all was ok and this was at night! What awesome people!

They answered my call in the early hours of a Sunday morning. They even came out to pre check where my car was stuck to make sure it would be a smooth tow. They were flexible on delivery location until the auto shops opened up Monday. Very accommodating! Highly recommend!

This man went above and beyond the regular duty to help me and my kids. We were stranded in a backwoods, muddy, off road, and isolated area. He walked in the rain and mud to jump start my car. Afterwards, he had to deal with an irate and rude neighbor, possibly risking his life. I would recommend him anytime!
