My wife and I have been going to Bluegrass Vineyard for many years now. Trying different events of many they provide. Their wine selections are many and the quality is great! They are our go to everytime! Love this this! Highly recommend
I’ve visited Bluegrass Vineyards twice now, and both times were amazing! I love supporting this woman-owned winery, and the wine is absolutely delicious. The elderberry wine is my favorite. Such a welcoming, wonderful place. Can’t wait to go back again! Oh and they also do line dancing nights, which I hope to attend soon!
What a fantastic winery. Before we even had a chance to try anything Andrea and Hip made us feel like we were at our home vineyard. Their Liberty and blackberry wines came home with us and had we had more space in our luggage we’d have brought more home! Do yourself a favor and stop in, what an excellent spot. We can’t wait to go back!
November Morning" Sip & Paint! Over at the Bluegrass Vineyards this evening. It was fun and I enjoyed myself. Hopefully next time my hubby can make it. He had planned this event but then he had to work. But there is always a next time. Not to bad for my first painting. Thank you for a wonderful time Bluegrass Vineyard.
Very clean beautiful and friendly staff. The wine is awesome , I would recommend everyone to try this wine and there is a BNB. Beautiful. Have line dancing and bands
I highly recommend visiting this wine distillery, the wine tasting is a must to do, the range of wine is excellent, you'll find it hard to find one you don't like, we bought four bottles ?. The relaxed ambiance here is lovely and so are the staff x
Very fun place with great service, great snacks, great bourbons, and even greater wine! Video games to keep the kiddos entertained but the highlight was doggie Jaxx! We had a wonderful time and we would strongly recommend!!! Thank you Bluegrass Vineyard!
Second time visiting the winery! The staff is amazing and fun! Variety of wines to choose from. Just can’t wait for my favorite to be back Black Rose in the meantime I will enjoy some of the other flavors!
This place is deliciously awesome! My daughter’s bridal party all went for her Bachelorette’s Day Out. We had the best time and the ladies working were so nice!
Fun experience! Stayed at the AirBNB on site and started our trip off with a visit to their tasting room. Not usually a sweet/fruit wine drinker, but their wines had a great fruit forward taste without being over the top sweet! Andrea was friendly and helpful with selections and had great recommendations as well!

we will now call this place our second home away from home! only in Kentucky for 3 days and we spent 2 of the nights here by choice! great staff! great experiences and more memories made for us to remember forever! We will be back for more soon! the vino and snacks are calling our names from the vinyards!!
My husband and I were looking for a nice relaxing moment after seeing caves all day, and this place was perfect. We arrived about 45 minutes before close, and we were the only ones there. They have large tasting flights with snacks, and an impressive selection. We walked out with 2 bottles after not planning to grab any! The staff person was very friendly. Exactly what we were looking for!
Whether you are looking for your next favorite Kentucky wine or simply a respite from the road (the vineyard is only a mile from the interstate), Bluegrass Vineyard is worth a stop.
For $6, you can choose 6 wines to taste, as well as a snack (crackers, pretzels, etc). Additional wine samples may be purchased for $1 each.
There are many offerings including your standard spectrum of reds and whites, but I think where Bluegrass Vineyard really shines is capturing distinct fruit flavors in a way that allows each wine to stand out from the next. The most difficult decision is deciding on just 6 when there are so many intriguing options!
The winery/bar appears to have been converted from the garage of a quite nice home. We were told by one of the servers that the home is rented through a BnB style site.
The servers have always been responsive, helpful and quite pleasant. Gracie in particular won us over with her southern charm and authenticity. We enjoyed not only learning more about the winery, but also great conversation with the staff.
If you are in the area, stop in for a tasting! Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone in your choices. You may just find a new favorite wine!
Lovely place and a local hangout! Wine attendant was excellent and able to accommodate many patrons at once. Highly recommended, short quick distance from the interstate. I came home with their The Duke, a port, cab Franc, with flavors of chocolate and raspberry ⭐️⭐️ plus a bottle of the blueberry and blackberry. This will be one of my favorite places to stop!
Absolutely delicious!!! Local family owned and the tasting is perfect! 6 flavors of wine and a snack for $5. Wonderful atmosphere and they have karaoke nights too!
My favorite is the peach wine, the duke the blueberry.
We are traveling from Pennsylvania to Phoenix AZ. We stopped at the Bluegrass Vineyard, WOW!!! It was honestly the most incredible place I have ever been. Amber was so kind, knowledgeable and most importantly.. FUN! I met the own, Jessica as well. The amount of hard work and dedication this woman has put in to this beautiful place is amazing. I will be planning trips to the B&B as well. This gem makes me want to move here!

Besides that a great find (last minute snack) after a cave tour - tucked away in the plush, green countryside of KY! Amazingly surprising - my husband and I tried a flight each - my favorites were the blackberry wine - light (smooth) not too sweet, had a little tart note at the end but not bitter. The Apple Pie wine - you can taste the apple and typical apple pie spices - yum! We’ve tried other places that have a variety of fruity wines but none taste like the fruit - this one did very distinct and not disappointing. A little bonus the flights are served on a wooden likeness of the state of Kentucky!
We stayed at their AirBnB and visited the winery for a tasting. The AirBnB is very well kept and was comfortable and was a great location to stay to visit Mammoth Caves NP. The winery was great. We mainly tried the sweet wines, as that is what they are known for, and we bought a few bottles. Our favorites were the Makin Momma Happy (rose) and Apple Pie. Not only was the wine tasting with the cheese and crackers enjoyable, but the staff was awesome. My son got a splinter from one of the outside tables (his fault) and they came out and helped us take care of him. We would absolutely visit the winery and stay at the AirBnB again if we were passing through the area.
Wife and I are visiting Nashvile from Texas, we decided to drive up to Kentucky since it's so close. This winery is amazing! All of the wines we had are good. The outside had some nice views too.
It looks like a beautiful home but the winery is part of it. This family owned business is fairly new but are on their way to becoming very successful! Great selection of wines varying from sweet whites to dry reds with a brief description of each and categorized nicely for those new to wine. The staff was super friendly and down to earth! There are plans for a B&B to be added soon, which is exciting! I'm a huge fan of their Commonwealth wine as I like my dry red. There was also the Auburn. So interesting we had to buy 2 bottles! Better start mass producing that! I don't usually give places 5 stars, but these guys deserve it! I will be back from Ohio!
