My transmission blew in my truck in Kentucky. Called Triple A, and they tried a few contractors to come tow me they weren't available. However they eventually tried Harvey's Family Towing and the tow truck was there within the hour, and got me towed over 100 miles back into Tennessee. Really nice and helpful guy. If I'm ever stranded in Kentucky again I know who to call!
