So I had this company work on my vehicle they replaced the rear main seal and for the price and Time it took them to do it was fine now its been close to a month later I had Done some front-end work and while I was under the truck I saw my transmission was missing 2 bellhousing bolts and the exhaust was so cut up and welds was absolutely awful I expected a little bit better being a muffler/mechanic shop and atleast having everything put back the way it should of been truly disappointed after looking closer to the work I thought I finally found a shop that did good work for a decent price
Edit#4- Dude answered after days of calling and offered to buy a wrecked car off copart to get parts off of. Will see how that plays out.
Edit #3- Owner Jeremy said "He is a man of his word in a text message and would take care of it"... but he wont call or even talk to us. Someone went up there to talk to him and he said oh yeah ill take care of yall blah blah blah. Dude just bold faced lied and won't return calls anymore. Will have to get a lawyer and sue them I guess. Also filing a police report about it. Hopefully something will stick and get this resolved.
Edit#2- upon further inspection advised by the shop, we found the car has actually been caught ON FIRE!!! Fire extinguisher dust everywhere, melted wires, looms, harness, anchors, etc. This is a disaster!
Edit: Then I guess the worker forgot the car failed to start initially in their parking lot and also forgot asking if evweything was ok due to that. My MIL said the blend door clicked when she picked it up, clearly it was also leaking gas when she picked it up as it leaked down the fuel in the line. As we're the rest of the things i mentioned true. Im just reporting what happened regardless of their comment.
This place replaced my mother in laws oil filter cooler, hvac blend door actuator, and ac compressor on a 2017 Journey. Picked it up yesterday. They busted the hard fuel line putting the intake on ir off, it bleeds off all the fuel when its shut off. It wouldn't start in the parking lot and the lady there asked if everything was ok. On attempt 2 it started. She didnt know better. I looked at it and clearly busted amd SPRAYING gas out of it. Lucky they aren't replacing her whole car and it didnt catch on fire. They also put on a dirty (presumably used oil filter housing on it as the aluminum is corroded and oily) if its new id like to see the invoice where they boyght it AFTER her car was taken there, the blend door actuator is still broken. Seemingly just didnt do that repair as it still clicks. Do they not check their work after its done. Ray Charles could have told them the actuator was not working. They broke the intake in a mounting point presumably over tightening it. And charged her $750 when her maxcare deductible was only $250. What a joke of a repair shop. Will call Monday and see if they attempt to lick this calf over. Will update review if needed.
My car went through 3 different places that did NOT or could not fix the issue J & K picked it up from the last shop and fixed it!!! Probably should’ve started with them..Great Guys would and will recommend!
If you ever think Jeremy and the gang can't get you out of a tight spot, you better call and apologize!

My 93 ford ranger was running rough and didn’t want to start. I was in Hustonville and it wouldn’t start so I went To J and K. Asked them if they could tow my truck in and fix whatever it is and call me when it’s ready. The guy said yes that’s no problem at all. That was February the 17th 2025. I don’t get a phone call or nothing for a month so I called them on March 18 2025 I was told the truck had jumped out of time. I said ok I need it fixed. I was told it be around $550. But if I want it dun right I need to let them take and redo the head. I told them if it’s over another $100 then no I can’t afford it. At this point I’m having to turn down work because my truck has been in the shop for over a month. I call them once a week for the next month to ask if my truck is ready. I called on the 10th and was told it’s ready and they had to replace a crankshaft position sensor and it made the bill $877. I would have thought after I told them I couldn’t afford a repair they recommended. I should have at least got a phone call saying something about the extra $300 on the bill. So I was in the office paying them and the guy tells me that I need to tune it up because it’s running rough and don’t want to start. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication I feel like I should have been informed about them being 2 months behind. Two months $877 later I got my back still messed up . SMH

Love this place. They (Jeremy) did an amazing job helping us out today-----could not have been happier with the service. At 6:30 pm on a holiday weekend we limped into their parking lot......Jeremy assessed the situation and had us in a bay and back out on the road in 20 minutes.....you absolutely cannot beat that service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Worked with Jeremy today on a tire issue. When I pulled in my stress level was through the roof.......Jeremy was able to get me back on the road (stress free) quickly. And with that, J&K Automotive now has a customer for life.
First of all the guys in the shop did a great job. The office manager has poor communication skills, I had called several days in a row and could not get an answer, and I would send text messages and no response. I understand if you are busy and can't get to me but at least you can inform me and give me and update. I'm a paying customer and I refuse to pay for a service that I have to beg for. Learn to communicate with your customers.
Response to the owner, I Called Monday, Tuesday, And Wednesday, and texted and still no response I can show you the text messages and phone calls, Also if you don't want employees using their personal cell phones they should not send text messages to customers. This is still not an excuse it is still poor communication. So whom ever is telling you the last they heard from me on Friday is a liar.
Jeremy and his guys do AMAZING work! They are super quick and they are super affordable! They are the cheapest that my husband and I have found! We have had them work on numerous things for us, from putting on tires two different times to putting on wheel bearings. They are also taking care of my moms car as well. I will recommend Jeremy and his guys to any and everyone! We couldn't ask for a better place and people to work on our car! You will NOT be disappointed!
My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air on our way home from Florida. What I thought was just a simple easy fix of Freon ended up being much more complicated. I messaged Jeremy and told him what was going on, and expressed my concerns. He was super helpful, and got me in super quick! I ended up needing a air compressor, and a condenser. Not only did he get my car in the shop and fixed very quickly he was also very affordable!! So thankful for him and his staff as this week has been a very hot one!!
Had my boyfriends car for over 8 months. Put a wiring harness on the car we said WOULD NOT work & they proceeded to do so anyways. We paid our $700 starting fee and ever since the car has not been touched. They cracked the windshield and would not take responsibility. Then when we went up there to get the vehicle because enough was enough, one of the employees threatened to hit my boyfriend and his father in the face. And would not give us the $700 back after they said they’ve put $1000 into but the car is still not fixed and everything is the same besides they put the wrong harness on. This business is very unprofessional. And I would not recommend to anyone.
J&K has serviced my sister's vehicle for a long time. I called to have a truck hauled and very satisfied with the response. On time and there service prices are outstanding. I wish it was possible to give no stars. What reputable shop doesn’t start services on a vehicle until 3 weeks after cashing a customers check. Sketchy. And based on the replies to the negative google reviews, not professional either. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
J&k is the place to go! If you wanna know your car was fixed correctly and thoroughly I'd highly recommend stopping here before you go to anyone else! Prices are fair! There's no b.s. charges for work you didn't even need done like most places!! The atmosphere is great the people are as friendly as they come. Seriously wouldn't recommend anyone else
They over promise and under deliever. The tow is okay, but it is my experience that they can't fix cars in a timely fashion. Car sat for five days before he could even look at it. Disorganized there.
J&K has never done me wrong. And I've been there with multiple vehicles. He's always been honest with me. It's the only place I take my vehicles to get fixed.
I had called j&k shop few times and asked them to tow my car and to get my anti-theif lock mode unlocked...and get it reprogrammed the factory codes But last week Tuesday they was supposed to pick it up at 9am that morning which they never showed up with tow truck or even call me back to let me know something. Nothing, not even one phone call back... So I called again Friday asked them how much to get the car fix and gave me the price. I was cool with the price and tow fee... They told me would pick it up that Friday evening after 3... Never did showed up once again.. My vechile is still at my driveway, not running. It's not very good experience on talking over the phone to get my vehicle fixed or discuss with a mechanic. Its frustrating for me to find right shop that kept their word and tow the car to their shop....to get it fix like they would do so I am guessing j&k shop just want to waste my time and not wanting to help a customer like me is in need to have the car running in few days. Which is gotten me disappointed about their professionalism isn't that good and not good for business either.
J&K done some work to my Jeep Wrangler today. The results were amazing and I’m in love with the new wheels I got. Jeremy was amazing to work with on the financing program he’s offering now and I dropped my Jeep off at 10am and it was back in y possession by 2pm. I would recommend anyone to check them out.
