Headed from PA to TN. Got a flat tire due to a cracked valve stem. Called Morgan's and they came right out and brought a valve stem. They were able to get the rear wheel off, change the valve stem, seat the bead, air it up, and back on the bike in less than a half hour. Even text us later that night to check and see if we made it to TN. Highly recommend! Great guys! Thanks for the help!!

I WOULD SCORE THEM -10 IF I COULD . My boyfriend and myself were victims of the flood that hit downtown whitesburg. Obviously rendering the cars unusable for the time being. They had been there along with other out of service vehicles since Thursday. Nobody ever made us aware we weren't allowed to leave them in the public parking lot but Morgan's came towing everybody away today that were victims of the flood. They charged us a ONE DAY FEE AKA 24 HOURS. FOR 1 HOUR on the lot. On top of a $100 impound fee and $50tow fee to bring it back and park it horizontally taking up 3 car spaces when we asked CLEARLY for it to be parked paralell to the other cars next to it which they had MORE than enough space to do. When I confronted the driver after seeing them blatantly ignore my partners request I asked again very clearlywhy they would think that was okay to which he VERY CONDESENDINGLY responded "well you said just park it right here" ??♂️ and gestured vaugely to the whole area when it only takes half a brain cell to know that was an illegal park and tried to justify it with saying "well you said it'll just be here till tomorrow" again with the most ignorant tone you can imagine.
I then replied that any professional towing service would know it's not legal to park a car that way anywhere and why they wouldn't park it the way we asked to which they responded "we didn't have to park it at all". When I asked if they were going to steal it they said "WE DONT HAVE TO STEAL IT "
. To which I pulled my camera out told my boyfriend to hand these criminals their money so we could atleast get the car. Once I started taking photos and pointing my camera they were quick to leave but not before I caught their wonderful handy work on camera. Can't wait to share my service with you all with everyone I know !(:
