Occasionally have your part in stock, usually have to order it. Rarely do you ever receive the correct part you ordered. Normally have to order it two or three times.

Experienced workers who can get you the part you need to fix your vehicle in a jiffy.

I was looking for lawnmower parts in an automotive store, so of course they didn't have what I needed.... ? lol but the kind young man working the register, sent me in the right direction! Much thanks!❤️

I upped my stars the last few times they have been really much more helpful and no problem with returns

they usually have what you need or they can order it. It's always good to give them a call beforehand no matter what though! just to make sure they have what you need because sometimes they do have to order things for their customers but they're always good about letting you know when it will come in!

Absolute worst customer service. Tried to order a battery online. Their website gave me a 25 percent off coupon code for signing up with email. The code immediately popped up while I was still on their website. Tried three times and two different emails. It won't accept their own generated coupon code. Yet their are already sending me emails. Called the store and explained to Tyler. He told me he couldn't help and to call customer service. I did and was on hold for 30 minutes before I got tired of waiting and hung up. Called back and asked Tyler if the Manager would honor the 25 percent off in store and he said "No." My husband is three hours from home, broke down on a motorcycle and Beattyville on a Sunday afternoon. This town may be as small as Mayberry and most everything closed on Sunday. But Tyler and Advanced Auto sure are rude and won't honor their own coupons. It's not as if my husband can go anywhere else since he's broke down. As it is, even if there were another store close within 30 miles, even with the coupon discount, Advanced Auto is nearly triple the price of everyone else. If you're a tourist traveling to Red River Gorge, don't waste your time going here. Apparently they don't appreciate their customers or want your business.

Absolutely rude people very poor service Called to get a wheel bearing and specifically told them I wanted a "wheel bearing and race" they said couldn't get that and wanted to sell me the whole hub I called a different parts store and got what I wanted without any trouble at all This store needs some workers that knows a little bit about parts and they need a new manager Would not recommend using this store at all!! If you need parts in Lee Co call Begley Auto Parts they will help you out with your parts

I went in there looking for a jack and they want 40 bucks for a 20 to 25 dollar jack. I'll wait and get it for 20 bucks at Wal-Mart. Thanks though.

Always helpful, has great prices, but you'll get the wrong part from time to time

We go there only when we cant gets our parts anyplace else in town. Have had some problems with parts there and some of the workers are not friendly.

Always a helpful and great place to get what I need for all of my vehicles needs. They have great car seat covers and floor mats too. I got mine on there clearance rack real cheap and they are awesome.

They dont have everything you could ever imagen but renting tools is extremely handy

I have never gone in this place and got good service they either don't have it it's been discontinued or they are just to dam lazy to help anyone ordered wheel bearing for my car them telling me it would be in the next day made 3 trips to get it still never had it went to another advance got it the next day . This place could use some management .

Went in this morning looking for a part they didn't have it. There was a set of seat covers on the half off rack asked the price they were marked down to $30.00. Well didn't get them at that time so went to My Sterling to find what I was looking for. On the way back thought I'd get the seat covers still on the 1/2off rack. Got up to pay for them I was told they were regular price. That someone had put them there by mistake. Well I didn't get them and I think my auto parts will come from a different auto supplier.
