Walking in brought back memories of hanging out in my papaws garage when I was younger. They were nice and kept in touch, got my car in earlier than expected, and was quick and did a wonderful job. I'll definitely be bringing my car back to them for the jobs I can't do myself.
Had problems with car battery draining. They ran test. Didn't find problem. They got me in right away. Very polite & cost was minimal. I'd recommend them
My girlfriend found Jack’s automotive online. We just moved to this area and needed some help. I have a 2018 Honda accord touring. Well, every light on the dash came on. Long store short. I had it scanned and it came back it was the fuel injectors from the dealer, that wanted to stick it to me, let me tell you smh. So we scheduled a day to drop off my car. I dropped it off Thursday morning, and when I got off work my car was done. Runs very well and the price was the best around! All alarms are gone and I have full functionality now with my car. We will only go to Jack’s garage going forward for all our automotive repair needs! Trust me, you won’t have to worry about your vehicle in his care. Thanks Jack! You are the man
Probably a good shop but they wouldn't install my hitch that I couldn't do myself.... Independence automotive was glad to do it! But they were nice about it and would give them a try. New to the area so not familiar with their service
Excellent experience with brake service on 2020 Mazda CX-5 AWD. Rotor and pad replacement at good price. Scheduling and service were top notch and effortless. Vehicle handles and stops much better than from factory. Friendly shop. Deal with confidence. A+++
Jack's Automotive was super helpful and they are reasonably priced. They are friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend going there for your automotive needs. Jack always helps when my car has issues and he is very reasonably priced. I never feel like he's trying to sell me something I dont need. He's the only mechanic I use now.
What can I say Jack knows cars. There is no other way to say it. I experienced this issue for so much and went to many different shops only to be back In the same boat. He is transparent,reliable, and fast. Reasonably priced as well. Well worth it and I will be going to him anytime I have mechanical issues. Very kind owner, did his best to get me in quick, as two other shops were backed up for two weeks. Jack worked with me so I would have my car exactly when I needed it. He is who I'll call from now on.
Awesome experience. Highly recommend to others. They have the experience to get the job done well. They were very accommodating when I dropped my car if urgently and had the job done before the end of the day. Reasonable prices. The entrance is a little difficult to find but other than that I had no complaints.
Jack helped us out this morning on an urgent repair, charged a very fair price, and got us us back on the road quickly. I would not hesitate to bring my car to Jack's again for service. If you live in Northern Kentucky or Cincinnati, do yourself a favor and take your car to Jack's.
This is the best shop to fix your cars. They fix your vehicles very fast and accurately. If you do have reocurring issues, they will do everything to make it right. Their prices are the best! They also have wonderful customer service.This is the only place I will take my vehicles. I highly recommend this shop for any mechanical needs.
Had Jacks do a oil change on my wife's car. Very fair on price, there were half the price of Valvoline by Kroger. Jack was very nice and friendly, we talked the whole time the car was being services and probably only took about 15 minutes. Support the local business's!!!!
