first time customer here , we had just purchased a dodge charger from a girl off the streets and it being my Sons first car , there were some things that needed done such as the air conditioner fixed ...let me tell u what these guys had the car dropped off to them at 9am and they were done with it by 4pm ...I'm super impressed not to mention they're so nice and explained everything along the way ! not one time did i feel like they were going to take advantage of me being a woman , or overprice me or nothing and they actually verified what the girl told us she replaced she did in fact replace it ...there is the honest piece there , if i could give them 10 stars we would ! we already have plans for them to fix his exhaust for our next big job !!!! thank s wes and Jesse for an amazing experience !

Brought in my Sonata after replacing my knuckle for a wheel alignment and they did a tremendous job. Staff was friendly, communicative, and told me about what i did incorrectly on my DIY work. Highly recommend this shop!

First time customer. I had been to another shop to purchase 2 front tires and an alignment. They called said it was ready. My wife picked up the van and the front camber was out of spec. I went back a few days later. The shop told me I needed hundreds of dollars in labor to install camber bolts. Total BS. I know because I have worked as a mechanic and do most of my own repairs. When I visited Independence Automotive Jessie and Jason answered all my concerns and was positive they could get my camber right with no additional parts. That's exactly what they did. No more no less. Thank you all for your help. I would recommend and trust this shop with anything.

Highly recommend! They got me in for an appointment the day after I called. Everyone I encountered was friendly. I did not end up getting the work that they suggested done, as I decided to cut my losses on the car I brought to them, but they were very quick to diagnose the problem and communicate that with me. Will definitely come back when I need anything else done.

I had an amazing experience with Independence Automotive! My car had a serious front end issue and a head gasket problem, and they found the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. They replaced nearly the whole front end and took care of the gasket issue, getting me back on the road in no time. The best part? Their prices were super reasonable. They're literally a phone call away. The lot will be packed but they will still be willing to get you in and work hard to get you out the same day if possible. Super reasonable with their prices, my family won't go anywhere else!

I recently took my car in for a difficult job - a rear wheel bearing on a Subaru Forester. The customer service here is well above what I expected. The job was completed in a day and the result was perfectly executed. I now have a go to place for my future repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend this business. They are the best.

Excellent and quick service. Completely honest establishment. Have had work on other vehicles there and very good pricing. Recently took in another vehicle that looked like it was leaking oil and they checked it out, said a bolt needed to be tightened and sent me on my way with no charge. They're just good people!

I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.

My engine light came on and I was in a bind to get my car looked at and fixed ahead of the weekend. The process was SO easy at independence automotive! I dropped my car off Thursday and by Thursday evening I had a text with an estimate and a synopsis of what was wrong. The estimate was transparent and I felt very comfortable with the process. My car was ready by the next morning and they kept really great communication the whole time. The prices were extremely reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this local business to anyone in or around independence. We’ve found our new body shop!

They are very reasonably priced and can/will work on just about anything from my jeep to my Porsche they have done it all. All the work they have done has been great, I don't have a single complaint. I can't recommend them for enough and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Wes over the last five plus years and last few cars I’ve owned. He’s always been honest and taken care of what was needed. This last trip was for service and tires on my car. I appreciate him and his team. They’re always kind and willing to help, schedule me in. Very easy to work with. I got a text offering a year end service; oil, coolant, and windshield wipers replacement along with tire rotation. I asked if I could swap out the rotation for them hitting all my zerks and makes sure the squeak stopped. They agreed right away. When I got there I mentioned I had a slow leak in a tire and asked if the cooler please look at it. When I came to pick it up they even threw in a tire plug for free. Hands down my first choice. They treat customers like family.

Asked for a cooling system flush and tune up, but they only did the tune up...was told I had to have a new radiator before they could do it because I had put a high cost sealant in it...they told me I needed a new water pump and thermostat besides the radiator. They thoroughly went over their work. I appreciate Les and Christian's honesty. I would highly recommend going there for any kind of service!
