If I could give zero stars I would. Called at 11 am yesterday...was given another number to Manuel to call. He wasn't very friendly but said he'd give us $200 for our vehicle and for us to text him the address. We did. An hour later...heard nothing. Finally I texted him and he said he was fixing his wench. He was reading my texts and not responding. He never did show up. Great customer service ?? if you want someone who is fair and has great customer service go to Stambaughs used auto. Roger is a great guy.
Very, very, very unpleasant and RUDE customer service. Bought a part for my car and I ended up not needing it (on me, yes). So I call to ask if I can get a refund and bring the part back. This man tells me the first time I call they don't do refunds after 10 days. Not once was I told this and not once did I see a sign posted anywhere that stated this either. So I wait a couple hours to call and talk to the owner Manuel. He immediately gets defensive, and hateful! Tells me there's a sign and it's my problem if I didn't know what I needed (which I said I know that's on me and I own it). I told him I didn't see a sign because the part was brought right to my car and it's still in the spot the man sat it at. That's when he hung up on me and wouldn't answer my call again. I will NEVER deal with these men again! I would recommend Green's on 201 any day!
