Towed my truck then tried to charge me $140 just to get MY things from MY vehicle.
The driver of the tow truck went through my truck and STOLE a ton of things from the cab.
A very very dishonest business.
Make sure to take everything out of your vehicle before they tow it otherwise things will go missing.
We were installing an epoxy floor out Tates Creek Road extended during this big snowstorm and our truck slid off the driveway. This company came out within 45 minutes and got us right back where we needed to be in a very efficient manner. I appreciate their attention to detail and how quick they came out and gave us a hand. I’ll definitely use them in the future if I ever need a tow.
I want to say thank you to everyone at David's Towing for all of their help with my truck. I was involved in an accident when someone ran a red light and totaled my truck. The cops called David's to come get both vehicles and they got to us really fast, despite the traffic jam we had created. My roommate and I followed them to their lot to get the rest of my stuff. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. They saw that I had a lot of things to grab so they offered to help. I was an emotional wreck and they were so patient with me. I called them a couple days later because I had remembered that I forgot to grab my CD's in the CD player and they offered to go grab them so I could pick them up later that day. I couldn't imagine working for a company where you know people are coming in upset or frustrated all the time. No complaints from me!! They even get bonus points for letting me pet the yard dog, Bandit!!
Towed our car from an accident after I refused a tow because I had a hauler coming and then I called this morning and they want 250 to get it out when it wasn’t supposed to be towed at all
Wouldn’t trust this place. They leave the cars on the street with the doors unlocked and keys inside. Anyone can drive off with your car or take whatever’s inside. Protected only by a camera that I don’t think is monitored. Towed my car and when I came to get it the next day it was on the street with the doors unlocked and the keys on the dashboard. I took my key and cleaned out the car and no one said a word to me. Spent about 45 minutes going in out of my car and not a single person stopped to ask if the car belonged to me. After gathering everything I needed from the vehicle I went in to ask how much it’d be to get it back. Was told they didn’t know because it hadn’t been processed and wasn’t in the system yet. So it was on the street, keys inside, and not in the system. Lady at the front desk proudly told me she leaves her car doors unlocked too. Wasn’t until after I went in for assistance that someone was sent to aggressively demand that I not go into my vehicle and informed me that it was illegal to do so. I had already gotten everything I needed out! I do apologize for losing my temper with that guy. Hope he sees this. Didn’t see him after I’d calmed down and had gotten the car back. I didn’t know that what I was doing was wrong. There’s no signs posted saying don’t go into your car if it’s parked on the public access road with the keys inside. Honestly didn’t know that I couldn’t go into the car. Got my car back same day after losing my temper they were suddenly able to process the vehicle and give me a price. Long story short, your vehicle or all of your belongings might be taken but they’ll be able to give you a nice picture of who done it… maybe.
My ride was impounded and I was taken to jail, I had to go to rehab af6that. When I got out I finally had a chance to talk with them, they told me that anything on there lot past 60 days was there's now. So I can't get my personal positions or anything.
Very shady group of folks that don’t know how to run a business properly. An hour after getting my mercedes e63 towed I called and spoke to marshall he told me my tow would be $125 if I get it out same day and $35 storage added if I pick it up next day. I show up same day and caught the tow truck driver and asked him regarding the price he told me it would be $145 plus $35 when picked up tomorrow. I show up next morning to pick up my car and the lady at the desk tells me now the price is $110 plus 2 days of storage. The car has only been on the lot for 18 hours. I paid it just so I could be on my way. They bring my car out with my front bumper cracked and tell me it was like that when it was picked up. I take care of this car and know there wasn’t any damage on it whatsoever. To add to all that the guy then walks out and has the audacity to tell me a false story of me running from the law why my car got towed by police, and next time not break to the law. Stay away at all costs from this business they are heartless people just like the previous rating has mentioned. If your car gets towed here you will get scammed and your vehicle will have damages.
After Geting pulled over they Towed r car here! and My friends Purse was Stolen we r pritty Shure she left it there . her 200$ Samsung Earbuds Was in there And They took it all that was in her purse . smh .. shame
David’s Towing towed our car from an accident. Went to get our belongings and check the damage. These guys couldn’t have been more professional and helpful! They even called guys from two body shops to come assess the damage.
Heartless group of people who runs this place..my truck that my dad left when he passed away was towed to this lot the trucks transmission was going out so the was no need for me to have this vehicle tagged..I had insurance add to to truck and was going to have a different tow company go and pick it up and deliver it to my house where it would not be driving for a while but the told me the truck bed to tag and insurance both even though it was never going to hit the road and for the tow bill and 24 hours of storage tried charging me 300 dollar's. And would not work with me at all, knowing that was my dad's truck so it's still setting on the lot..They are stilling peoples vehicles.
My car broke down in Kentucky on my way home from South Carolina....and they were sooooo helpfully..trustworthy...and got me and my family back in the road within hours!!!!! I've NEVERRRR had such a good experience with a auto mechanic shop in my life!!!I wish they were closer to my house :( ...thanks again guys YOU ROCK!!
Friends had car stolen and their car was taken here. They were very rude and not helpful even though my friends had the police report they were every cold.
