Crown Truck Driver almost caused 2 wrecks Wednesday night. Reckless driver. Very scary. Didn’t realize one of the vehicles that was almost ran off the road was a friend of mine until today. People have families. Do better.
it is not very business friendly of their drivers to flip people off and record them all because they pulled out in front of someone else and decided to go below speed limit
Their driver Micah is awesome!!! It’s no wonder he’s been with the company for so long!! Businesses want to hang on to great employees like him!! Every employee is a representation of the company that they work for. Micah gives an amazing impression for Crown to its customers. He is kind, considerate, patient, friendly, and everything you could ask for in a tow truck driver. I’m an auto technician so I deal with a lot of different Tow Truck drivers. I know what I’m talking about lol
This EXACT same thing happened to us. It took crown towing over 3 weeks to get us another check. It's what crown towing does. They know that they know police there better than whoever complaining. And they get away with it!

We are so thankful for Scott for towing our dodge when we had an unrepairable flat! He was so kind and had us laughing the whole way home. When I told him how thankful we were that he was so upbeat and kind, he said “I’m used to seeing people on their worst days, it’s important to me that I do my best to make it better”. I’ve been going through a stressful time as anyone dealing with towing companies. But this one! The older blonde haired lady at the front desk is so insensitive and rude. If you are having a bad time she isn’t the one you want to deal with. They took my car somewhere else and her co worker had to tell her to give me the information on where my car was because she wasn’t helping much at all.
Crown was great in a stressful time. They showed up when they said they would and not only delivered the car, but waited for my daughter to fill out the key drop off form because it was night time and a homeless man was encamped nearby. He made sure she was SAFE! As a dad, I couldn't be more thankful.

Great customer service, great price, and great people. The owner and two employees recovered my gooseneck trailer (had 14,000 lbs of feed) and worked 6 hours on recovering the equipment and load. They charged me half of what I expected. By the end of the day I felt like I had known them my entire life.

Sadly I forgot the name of the awesome fellow that towed me but I just wanted to say he did a fantastic job he got my car out of a tight spot in an apartment complex and loaded onto his truck in 15 minutes with no scraping and no complaining about my car being lowered like I’ve experienced with other companies in the past. He was very professional and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

On a Sunday, The tow truck arrived 15 minutes after our call. My RV would not start and had to be towed. David, our driver, took us to a motel to wait for Monday. He returned to the motel to pick us up. After many, many calls made by David to find a facility which would work on it, we landed at S&S Tires and Service. They also were wonderful! I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of David. I highly recommend Crown Towing and David.

His quoted price is exactly what the tow truck driver asked for. Everything went exactly as planned. The driver was absolutely professional in every respect. Tried to use our AAA service, but it took so long to get set up, and were then told it would be an hour and a half to even pick up my car, so I called Crown Towing, and man am I ever glad I did. We're from out of town, and were literally stranded. Crown had my car to the dealership in less time than it took to stay on the line with AAA, and that was even after a bunch of snow had fallen the day before! Awesome job guys! The price they quoted on the phone was exactly what they charged me. I would trust this wrecker service without a doubt.
