We are so thankful for Scott for towing our dodge when we had an unrepairable flat! He was so kind and had us laughing the whole way home. When I told him how thankful we were that he was so upbeat and kind, he said “I’m used to seeing people on their worst days, it’s important to me that I do my best to make it better”. It’s obvious he takes great pride in what he does and genuinely cares for people.

Great customer service, great price, and great people. The owner and two employees recovered my gooseneck trailer (had 14,000 lbs of feed) and worked 6 hours on recovering the equipment and load. They charged me half of what I expected. By the end of the day I felt like I had known them my entire life.
Sadly I forgot the name of the awesome fellow that towed me but I just wanted to say he did a fantastic job he got my car out of a tight spot in an apartment complex and loaded onto his truck in 15 minutes with no scraping and no complaining about my car being lowered like I’ve experienced with other companies in the past. He was very professional and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Crown was great in a stressful time. They showed up when they said they would and not only delivered the car, but waited for my daughter to fill out the key drop off form because it was night time and a homeless man was encamped nearby. He made sure she was SAFE! As a dad, I couldn't be more thankful.
I’ve been going through a stressful time as anyone dealing with towing companies. But this one! The older blonde haired lady at the front desk is so insensitive and rude. If you are having a bad time she isn’t the one you want to deal with. They took my car somewhere else and her co worker had to tell her to give me the information on where my car was because she wasn’t helping much at all.
Crown is always dependable when I have a vehicle issue and the best price. Jonathan was very helpful in getting my car from point a to b recently. Very professional and quick. The person taking the calls is always real friendly as well. Highly recommend this company.
The guy driving the truck with plate number DOF790 ON 11/15/24 on I65 in Indiana needs to be fired. He is driving erratically and almost hit me, and when I honked my horn, he flipped me off. This guy is dangerous
On a Sunday, The tow truck arrived 15 minutes after our call. My RV would not start and had to be towed. David, our driver, took us to a motel to wait for Monday. He returned to the motel to pick us up. After many, many calls made by David to find a facility which would work on it, we landed at S&S Tires and Service. They also were wonderful! I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of David. I highly recommend Crown Towing and David.

Tried to use our AAA service, but it took so long to get set up, and were then told it would be an hour and a half to even pick up my car, so I called Crown Towing, and man am I ever glad I did. We're from out of town, and were literally stranded. Crown had my car to the dealership in less time than it took to stay on the line with AAA, and that was even after a bunch of snow had fallen the day before! Awesome job guys! The price they quoted on the phone was exactly what they charged me. I would trust this wrecker service without a doubt.
Just an all around bad experience lied to multiple times from the owner to the office staff over acceptable payment methods when offered by owner but on day of payment do was told credit cards were not accepted after owner offered half cash half credit card payment after even being asked by owner if I had a credit card I could use to help pay amount owed then told after arrival with cash and card in hand I was denied payment with card after arriving with cash and card and losing vehicle as a result.
My phone call was answered quickly. I told the rep my need for a tow "sometime this afternoon". He said he could help and took some details. His quoted price is exactly what the tow truck driver asked for. Everything went exactly as planned. The driver was absolutely professional in every respect. The 4.7 is a very accurate grade for this company. No one is perfect but these guys do business "right". Thank you Crown Towing.
This company will get a better review once their female employees start acting like ladies and not insane children who assault people and flip off cameras because they think they can get away with it.
Super fast response on a Sunday. Driver towed vehicle to the dealership service center and even took care of filling out the service ticket and putting the keys into the overnight service dropbox for us.
Unbelievable service! My husband I were out of town and found out that our street was going to be paved and our car would be towed by the city. We called around to get our car towed into our driveway and this company was the answer we needed. Not only did they help us quickly and efficiently in a stressful situation, the truck driver FaceTime’d us to show us exactly where the car was and where he placed our bill! It was amazing! Excellent service!! Had one of my service vehicles break down on the way back from Richmond, I called Crown as they're close to my shop. They had a guy dispatched and to me in about 45 minutes!!
