Monty made a bad evening not so bad because of his friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond. It was very much appreciated and will not be forgotten!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
My son is a student at Murray State and couldn’t get his car started and had a flat tire from the recent weather. Maxs showed up and got the car up and running. Thankful they came so quick and were so helpful! Will call again if needed!
This group is amazing. I was in a tough situation visiting family in Murray when my vehicle was hit parked, puncturing the radiator. I needed a flatbed tow back to Brentwood, Tennessee to the collision center. Travis was literally onsite in 30 minutes and on the way to Brentwood. He was great to deal with and took great care of my baby. He even texted me to let me know he had it unloaded safely at the collision center. Above and beyond. Can't recommend enough!!
Broke down on the side of the road with a camper and needed immediate help. Travis went above and beyond to help us get our camper to a repair facility.
Went and picked up a car for me, and called me when they picked up and had it home before I had to get to work....price was little high $190 from old Paris Murray road to 121s Farmington, but they picked up&delivered without hesitation or damage to it. Thanks for helping me out.
Any time I’ve ever needed a tow while living in Murray, Kentucky, Max’s was always on the ball. Monty, Jeremy and Travis are all amazing. Max’s also does amazing charity work for the local community, they are one of a kind and a small town.
I’m very pleased with the service Max’s towing provided. Travis with Max’s was professional, very helpful and kind. He helped me locate an open tire shop with an in-stock tire and towed my vehicle there all in under half an hour. While I hope I never get a flat tire over an hour away from home on a stormy Saturday again, at least I know who to call first! Thanks Travis and Max’s towing.
Pretty sure they know me by first name basis now as I’ve had to call them 4 times this week lol and every visit was always friendly and quick. I highly recommend. 😊
The employees were rude. When I arrived to pick up my car it would not start! They had not even prepped the car & the battery was dead. They then overcharged me with an additional $13 for debit card use! They are not trustworthy or kind. Do not use them.
If honesty is something you're looking for, Randy at Max's is the man to see. I just left there after setting up a break change appointment. I heard a little squeak and wanted it have it fixed before causing any more problems. He checked my car out and informed me, I had a lot of life left on my break pads and the squeak could be just from dust or groves, which my car has! I appreciate him saving me money on something that didn't need replacing when he could of easily done them and I'd be none the wiser and still have hear that little squeak! Thank you, Randy!
Jeremy is the best. AAA gave him the wrong information. I needed a tow. They told him I needed a jump start so he did not bring a tow truck. A 17 mile trip. He had to back for a tow truck. I am handicapped. He got my Polaris and got me back to my front door.
He always goes above and beyond.
Two years ago he some how got my Jeep out of my snow covered driveway.
He is a fine man.

We had a blowout on our dually so we swapped to a spare and roughly 80 miles later around Murray our spare blew so we had to have a tow truck take us to a tire shop and we had Cameron Perry tow us there and he was the friendliest and coolest tow truck driver we have met so we got to ride in the freight ire with a/c and great music
Speedy service! Our truck would not start, so I called Max's to get a tow and they were there with driving time. The driver towed my truck and parked in my shop so we would not have to push it in. Max's Towing are top notch and great to work with. I have been using them over 35 years and have always great service.
Mycar popped the the shift linkage and I called for a tow. The guy who came was really nice and helpful. The tow was quick and efficent and he even diagnosed the problem for me. Great service, great price, and friendly.too. I won't be using another service if I can help it.
Called them tonight because I had a flat tire. We didn’t have the proper tools to change the tire because my car was bought used. He came and helped us out fast! Very thankful for his help!
Needed a new starter. He put it on right away . Pleasant and nice experience. Air conditioned waiting room and had a clean restroom. I would recommend him for your car repairs.
Towing service considerate, honest, and compassionate. They looked out for my vehicle and their safety a storm coming to area. First thing next morning my vehicle was moved.
My husband was having a heart attack called Max and the were wonderful they comfort me and handled everything.never asked for money up front didn't want to all stress. I appreciate Randi that helped me get through the ordeal

If I could give them 10 stars, i would. Always friendly. I have had my car towed by them several times. Always pleasant. I have also rented cars and uhauls from them.
I ended up in a VERY unusual and pretty difficult predicament. I wish I would of gotten his name, but the guy helped me and only asked me once "how did you manage to do this?" Haha! The best part was, he ONLY charged me $45!! HIGHLY recommended!
This is the best towing company and repair facility in the area. Max's is an extremely honest repair shop. My granddaughter had truck problems a couple of years ago and the estimate was $400+ dollars and she took it to Max's and the bill was $80. She has had problems today and she is going back. They are awesome! I have known them for years and the service and staff get better and better. This is the place to go.
