Seems like ever part I get is junk so even though your part your byeing is new it doesn't mean that it's wright I bought a part , took it back under warranty they gave me another it still asked funny , so I took it back now the 3rd one it asked different than the 1st two idle controll valve , every time I get part it runs different being the same part now I have a truck with all new parts and there all junk it run like shit never bye there parts they have changed can't even get Motorcraft
Put in my car and purchased wiper blades. Despite signs all over the building saying they install them, was told they don't. Cant get them to attach properly. Total waste of time. Going to AutoZone across the street.
Just came to get a fastener for a piece to my car that had been dangling Jerry was polite professional he even helped put the fastener on my car 10 outta 10. I hope his name is Jerry said it on receipt if now he was the shorter one of the two employees and was working on 1-15-25 at 3:20pm. Excellent customer service fantastic employee (s) at this location will be returning for any car related purchases in the future

I went in for quarters for the carwash and ended up in a conversation. It was late and we talked. The men were very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I ended up purchasing some items and really brightened up the rest of my night
I went to this store after a bad experience at the Fern Creek store on 4-9. The young man behind the counter went out of his way to help me. He seemed to enjoy his work. I am so appreciative of his help. I will return again next time I need anything.
Noah was very very helpful...took almost 30 mins of his day to put oil in my car an he made sure I had the right stuff an told me how much is recommended. Defiantly going to go here for any other vehicle needs.
I had to get a Jack here for a flat when I had one at home already and the employee not only price matched a item that had the price incorrect on the shelf, but he also offered me to use his personal Jack instead of purchasing another one even though he didn’t Know me from Adam! I still bought the Jack and will be returning it to him myself, but just the offer from his personal item to someone in need was very admirable! I just had to do what was quickest bc he knew my fiancé and kids were out in the heat with the flat On the road about a mile from us
They checked my car batter for free (which ended up being dead), helped me choose a new battery, and installed it for me all in a matter of 10 minutes. It was an awesome experience. Super easy, super helpful.
I called to see if my 18-year-old son could bring his car there to have it checked to see if the battery and alternator could be tested. A young man came out and tested it and said that it was the battery. My son purchased a battery and it was installed by the same person that had told him that it was bad. My son started his car and the battery light was still on so he told the employee. The employee retested his car and my son was now told that the regulator in the alternator was bad. It's going to be one or the other. The likelihood of both going out simultaneously isn't that great. I feel so strongly that my son was misled that I will never be making another purchase from O'Reilly's again. The $160 spent on the battery could have gone towards a new alternator.
Very friendly had to order but hit it just right. That it arrived with in 30 min of ordering it... they welcomed us to the neighborhood.. will come again for sure!!

I didnt need a part, but the store was clean, and well stocked.
I love getting them products are they are great couldn't ask for better products if I went to inexpensive place to get some in the warranties usually last longer
I needed a mass airflow sensor for my 93 ranger and they had it in stock and even help me fix the issue. With that being said the check engine light went off
Seemed helpful. Unfortunately, as I waited in line to let people go in front of me, of course theycalled , when it s was finally my turn, some one else who just walked up. I just played my 3 bucks on the table for my purchase, told the guy that I did so , and left. I hate when that happens!!
I don't mind going out of my way to come here for my auto care needs. Every time I walk in, as soon as I ask for a part's location, they tell me exactly where I can find it and are very helpful if I have any questions. Friendly staff, and they seem to be proactive in helping with customers' car problems.
Never had any problems. I had to return a item and did not have a receipt, it was no problem, they had everything on computer. Plenty of parking. All types of parts for most vehicles. Always been friendly and helpful. Great area. Easy access to store from main street.
Very helpful unlike the those in AZ which have been bitten by the "I don't care" bug. I am always acknowledged when entering this store, and they are always available to help.
