The service provided was great, but the gentleman named Kenneth A. made the experience memorable. This gentleman was kind, honorable, and patient with me and all my issues. He is a all-star employee, and I'd break my car again just to talk with him (jk, I can't afford that 😂).

Went here with my dad to get my drum measured. Put the drum on the counter and the lady said, “What is that, a rotor? I don’t even know what that is”. She didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and, overall, was just rude. We asked if she could measure it with a micrometer and she said, “No you need a mechanic. We don’t do that here.” (even though we got it done at a different AutoZone.) As we were walking out she made a comment saying, “Why would we measure that? That’s crazy.” Won’t be returning here.

Store refused core return from another location on 7-8-25 in direct violation of the autozone website core return policy. (hikes lane was original purchase location). employee stated store policy was not to accept cores from other locations with totals over $30

I had a unique issue and went to three Autozones in Louisville (that couldn’t help me solve it) before going to the Jtown Ruckriegel store. Heather at Ruckreigel solved it. I really appreciate her. Very helpful and seemed like a really great person.

Edward on Ruckregal was amazing!! I was struggling to install what I thought would be a simple taillight. He came out and struggled with me. LOL!! No, really he was patient and we figured it out together. He took the time to assure I was off safely and I really appreciate it because my wife had been on me about that taillight for a month.

I went to the Auto Zone in Jeffersontown. They had a part, AC blower motor that I was looking for was in stock. The employee I've encountered was very helpful.

I stopped for wiper blades on 1/6/25 and ended up stuck in their side entrance of the parking lot which was still completely snow & ice-covered. For that, I give the store 2 stars but Mateo deserves 5+!! He was SO very helpful to dig my car out for me!! Kudos to him but Autozone needs to do better in taking care of their lot.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I called the store to see if they had a part in stock. I specifically asked if the part comes with the necessary hardware. I was told yes in both questions. I spent $25 on a Uber to the store only to be told that they can get me the part ordered and in by Wednesday. Extremely unprofessional experience and the other employees in the store were not helping either.

I stopped in on11/27/24 because my low beam headlight blew. I wanted to buy the light and get assistance or guidance on how to change it. The response I got “No” was said with an attitude as if I was bothering the lady. I said then I won’t buy the lights here and will find another place to help me. Drove down the street to O’Reillys. Where the gentleman did say that they could if the light was easy to do. Purchased the lights and got them changed by them. Thankfully my headlights are easy to access. I have always gone to AutoZone 1st but after this encounter will think twice!

Cody was extremely helpful. He helped run the code for the check engine light, found the correct part and showed us how to replace the spark plugs. Was very informative and lead to an easy and cheap repair.

Stopped by and Cody C, was super helpful. I needed to see whyy dashboard lights wasnt working and not only did he connect the Fix/Finder but he came out and showed me how to check my fuse.. Great job Cody and ill see you and your wife in the wind on that Harley one day 😁

I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone thanks to Troy! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right battery for my car and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and replace. The first time I visit this location the service was great. A guy with glass provided me with great service and was very helpful. Second time was awful.....a lady assisted with a return and it was awful. Not sure if she was having a bad day but poor customer service, throw my receipt.

Steven (I believe he is the manager) was SO helpful! I was trying to get a rusted screw out of the back where my license plate was and my mom and I tried everything to get it out and were unsuccessful. Steven finally got the rusted screw out after many tries and was so kind and helpful. Thank you Steven! Give this man a raise!

I stumbled in the Jtown location last night after spending all day on a break job and needing to return the wrong size rotors. Troy over heard my story stepped in and offered a 10% discount on the exchange. This spoke volumes to me and really impressed me with his customer service. I will be back to this location just because of his act of kindness today. Thank you again Troy!

I've been here before, met a nice older guy that worked there very helpful and polite. The second time I needed a battery for my moms 20 year old Honda. $210 for a 36 month battery and that was their 2nd cheapest according to the sales guy. I have a corvette and replaced the battery in it last year at the dealer. Only paid $136 for a 36 month battery there. I would've left and gone elsewhere but she was stranded . I won't be going back just seemed way too high for an off brand battery.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. The whole staff was great and extremely helpful but in particular Kenneth at store 6093 was the kindest, most patient, friendliest, and honest person. If you have any needs or questions for automotive care, Kenneth is your person! He is also so very humble. The staff here are amazing, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much Autozone!

So..I went in for washer fluid.. ended up spending nearly eighty dollars on me wipers, fluid, and a Star Wars dash cover. 5/7. Worth it. Two employees came out in the rain to help me after they saw me struggling to get the old wipers off. That was super nice of them.

Battery on my wife's car died while I was at work. She purchased a battery from here but they didn't install it. I installed the battery when I got home. I took the old battery back the next afternoon with the receipt to get the core charge returned. They refused because i didn't have my wife's debit card. I didn't appreciate having to make a total of 3 trips to complete the battery buying process. Not a good way to treat your customers. I had receipt and the old battery. Why not put the charge back on any of the customers cards or give cash.

All the guys here know their parts and have always had what I needed in stock. Most recently spark plugs. Great location for AutoZone.

Scott and Joshua were very helpful. I came in with a dead battery and recieved wonderful customer service from these gentleman. They were very professional and even offered some insight as to what may be wrong with my car. 5 stars for sure!

I brought in a battery to be tested. Instead of getting t battery like the one I brought in they looked it up. Brought me one off the shelf that matched what the computer said I needed. They had already carted off my old one. I said this batter was to big. So they changed it out for another on that was smaller. Again instead of looking at what I brought in they sent me off with a battery. When I got back to install the battery the posts were on the wrong sides. Now I made another trip back to AutoZone. I said look at the battery I brought in and get me one just like it. I don't care what the computer says. So they did. It was an 800 cranking amp battery with the correct post position. Not a hard thing to do but that made it harder and wasted about 45 minutes of my day. I will avoid this store and go down to O Rillys the next time. I didn't realize it was just a little further down the road.
