Trish the lady who was behind the counter really really I mean really rode... The guy with the louder really nice. If a costumer ever buy a car at that location I will refuse to go there it was really unpleasant to deal with your employee. Trish as her told me her name was sould not be on that tipe of work
If I could give "0" 🌟 i wouldpurchased a truck on 9/20/2022 it was a [run and drive] unit said missing (catalytic converter)I drive 5 hours to find the truck won't even star,then the frame is rotted thru on both sides in the back and is not run or drivable I feel like I got over on and was lied to and treated unfairly would NOT do business here again!
I bought a run and drive. It was loaded on my trailer. When I went to drive it off it made it to the ground and would not pull itself. I called and they said that I would need to put it in my name and run it back through again. They made $450.00 on fees and wanted me to pay them again to sell it there. I am having a used transmission installed at around $2000.00 dollars, making the $700.00 car cost me $$3,300.00. The manager will receive his just dues before God almighty.
They People are really not helpful . You can never call them or help . How can you purchase a car of $300 and pay storage of $500 . They all don't care especially the manager .I don't recommend anyone bidding from these particular auction . They really do not know what they're doing . Very worst experience
Assessed my vehicle after damage incurred by a tree trimming service in Lexington. Car was a total, but really was simply a combination of cosmetic damage and year of car. Refused to allow me to visit and retrieve my children's perfectly functioning car seats. Said, "sorry, it's law." Technically, the vehicle and everything inside is not yours until the title is transferred to you, as I understand it. Awful people.
Nice and clean premises. The process for paying for my car was great. Walked out the door, and there was the car, just off the lift and waiting for me.
No one ever called or came to get my car as promised, and both times we called Trisha was unprofessional and unhelpful. So I called A Junk Car/Truck Removal and they came, bought my car, and removed it within two hours of my call. I'd recommend using them instead.
I've givin this location 5 tries. Never been a smooth transaction. I've had a lot of great transactions with Bowling Green and Indianapolis. 10 out of 10 would recommend any other location. Be aware they dont accept cash or check. At this location be sure to bring a truck or trailer you dont mind getting run into. Because they require you to have them load and charge you a fee for it. Cost me $600 to make the repairs to the trailer. A "running driving" car might mean it has potential with a lot of work. Like motor locked up and missing a half shaft or just 2 wheel bearings locked up. "Starts with jump" may also mean engine and trans are completely junk with no chance of starting. Also beware a car may be good until they stab a fork thru the bumper radiator and oil pan. Can't prebid on cars at this location from Texas. If you have one of your employees with you bring a $75 money order or cashier check that's the fee if you bring help.
Very friendly and professional staff working the phones, made a really unpleasant experience much better by being able to talk with and work with them.
