Great local parts store. The guys at Koi Auto Parts in Eminence are always helpful and actually know what they’re talking about — not just scanning a computer. Josh, Bobby ,John boy and Robert helped me find the right part the first time and saved me a trip back. Prices were fair and service was fast. Definitely my go-to spot for auto parts in town.

Stopped in to get windshield wipers for my car; and Josh helped me figure out which ones fit my car & even helped me install them! Great sale service and customer service! Will return in the future!
Jeff is an awesome parts guy super knowledgeable . Koi is definitely a better choice than the other stores that hire kids that only know what the computers say. Can’t replace experience.
This is the main store I do all my purchases from for my business. I will not buy from others unless forced too. Josh and Jeff are great guys and they do their jobs to the very best of their ability. These guys are very dedicated to keeping the customers satisfied. They always keep in touch when and if the part will arrive if not in stock at the time or a special order. Open till 5pm and half day on Saturday for those projects that run longer than the week.
The store seems like it's still in the 1950s but it has all the new merchandise that you can need I love Eminence and this awesome KOI Auto parts store
Best customer service you could ask for in an auto parts store! They go above and beyond to get you what you need to get back on the road. Bobby, Josh, & Jeff are some of the best in the parts business.
When I ask Siri the hours of operation for this store for Saturdays she comes back with 7:30am to 2pm. The Yellow pages site also says 7:30am to 2pm but Google says Saturday hours are 7:30am to 12pm. Apparently you just have to call the store if you have any questions. Keeping all the websites you’re affiliated with updated and all with the same information would earn you that 5th gold star.. Other than that I’ve had no other issues with this store.
