Been doing Business with them for many years and meet alot of good people that worked for them. They have for the most part always taken good care of me .
It's a lovely little parts store, but I can literally buy the same brand parts online for a 3rd of the price. It's the knowledge and readily available fluids that I'm after

Took a mower battery in, it tested bad, they had 3 types to choose from. Changed mower batteries in the parking lot lol
The manager and cashiers let customers use other customers accounts without permission.
Even after they receive notice from customers to not do so they disregard the request.
Store 3587 Munfordville Ky they went above and beyond for me this morning they took the time to put my battery in and it was a little hassle getting out but they was super nice about everything I would highly recommend anyone coming to thos location
If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. I had a screw in my tire and it was 8pm at night and Robert was so willing to help me out and I'm not even from the area. Thank you so much Robert!
By far one of the best AutoZones that I have visited in a long time. Jeff and Skylar were absolutely amazing to work with. Jeff specifically went out of his way to make sure that my Campers brakes were in the best condition to get back on the road. There aren't many small town AutoZones with experienced mechanics left so consider yourself in good hands when you go to them.
I was in the store twice on Friday. That morning Jeff was a great help he went an extra mile to make sure i had the right parts. Thank you Jeff . So I Decided I would go back that night for some airfreashers and other things, it only seemed like one person was working. I couldnt find what i was wanting so I asked for a manager on shift the Gentleman was nice. We couldn't find the manager on shift i waited for 30 mins just for her to come back up front. He said the managers name was Brook. I would have given 5 stars for that morning but that night was a mess. But over all that morning was great.
I was in the store to pick up my husband and I seen an elderly man that could barley walk trying to enter the store. I seen Jeff one of your employees rush outside to help him in. Not only that he took really great care of him with the purchases an helped him back out to his car.Jeff went above an beyond to help this man.
If I could give the employees at the Munfordville Autozone 100 stars I would! They go far above and beyond to assist the customer and I truly appreciate it. Outstanding guys over there. Kenny is the man! My story is a bit abnormal, but in short words, I got a super help from Kenny. He not only took my call and had my battery and took the payment from me over the phone from a complete opposite side of the country, but he took his time to deliver it to my driver who was (luckily 1.5miles away) and he also installed it since my driver wasn't sure if he could manage it. I was super happy and it saved our delivery which was done on time. It was a relief that there's guys like that around that actually care. Thank you!!! Bravo!!!
I just cruised into my local Auto Zone in Munfordville Ky, because my blinker light on drivers side was blown. I want to give a big shout out for Blake he was most helpful, very courteous, and knowledgeable on how to fix it. I am very thankful to have a place like this to go to to get my auto needs met. Definitely five stars highly recommend Blake at AutoZone in Munfordville Kentucky.
When I found out via phone call that a brake light was out I was in trouble! Thankfully an awesome guy named Skyler helped me figure out which one it was and helped me fix the problem! The AutoZone Munfordville KY store is by far the best place to get your parts and information!!! The knowledge with pleasant attitude is so refreshing and makes a bad situation (needing parts) into a controllable & reliable experience with the expertise you get there. The other Store failed to even order parts for me & left me scrambling to get another, Thanks to Kenny I was able to do the impossible all the while him putting up with me (not easy 4 sure) I will never order my parts from anywhere else than this Store! AA++ Service !!!! Highly Recommended
AutoZone has some fantastic workers and very efficient. The store manager Kenneth is very efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped assist with finding a part on a van that started acting up which was my oil sensor and help me find a mobile mechanic to come to my house and fix it. Thank you for awesome service.
They try to include things they think you need. In the corporate world it's called suggestive selling. Been working on my own stuff for more years than they've been alive I know what I want and need before I walk through their door.
Skylar and Paul are ROCKSTARS. Was on vacay with my fiance and 3 kids and our alternator gave out on us 30 min from our destination. Paul was so kind over the phone and just as friendly in person. Skylar stood outside helping us for hours, even after the store was closed! What a blessing these 2 men were for us. Your company should be so proud to have them as employees!
My car was acting weird I stopped in to have it checked out, and Kenny Andrews the store manager looked everything over gave me his opinion on what it could be, then just to be safe he cleaned my battery post off as I waited inside where it was warm, I was offered coffee everyone who worked there was so nice. If I have any auto needs this is where I will go and I recommend you do too.
I was traveling for thanksgiving when my car started to have overheating issues and I was 2 hours from home. I can’t remember their names (I’m so sorry that I don’t because seriously you both were so helpful) but they helped me so much and I was able to make it back home with no more issues and peace of mind that it was going to be okay. Thank you so much!!
The last three times I have made purchases at this store I have been ignored by employees. One employee was chatting at length with another customer (who did not make a purchase) while I stood holding merchandise. Two other employees completely ignored me, with one making a phone call and the other looking for something behind the counter. In my view, a customer waiting to make an actual purchase should be attended to by one or another employee before making a phone call, or rummaging around for something, or having a chat with a pal. Sadly, I will use Advance or another supplier from now on.
I ran in to AutoZone to grab wiper blades and ended up making a new friend! Paul was absolutely the best, as was his coworker but I didn't get the chance to catch his name as he was working around the store interacting with us as I was at the counter with Paul. He made me laugh so hard my stomach was hurting by the time I left. I am really looking forward to shopping there in the future!
The employee Jordan was very helpful. The diagnostic test on my vehicle and explain me what was going on as a woman it's hard to understand a lot of that stuff but he made sense of it. Put me at ease at my vehicle wasn't going to just die. I'm going back

Went in to purchase several items & received awesome customer service. First of all I am a nurse & times are challenging right now more than ever. Nurses have sadly been looked at by some of the public as a threat so it can be somewhat uncomfortable walking in a retail store. However, the autozone employee that assisted me with finding exactly what I needed was so very kind & I felt comfortable there. I made my purchase, he also put wiper blades on my car for me & gave me 10% discount to show appreciation for working in a very vital role in the healthcare field. Thank you Paul Crafton for making me feel appreciated & for all your help & especially your kindness. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AT AUTOZONE🙏
Their battery charger melted my battery, but they were awesome.. Gave me one of theirs, equivalent to my other, and even registered me for the warranty! Awesome customer service! Will be back again repeatedly... You have earned our trust.
