My caliper froze and they told me what I needed and even gave me the number for a mechanic to get it done fast!!!
Amazing customer service. I was on a road trip with my wife and grandson, as we were heading from the Mammoth Caves my radiator blew. Since there was no auto repair nearby, I stopped at this store and was able to get a radiator ordered overnight. The guy at the counter was amazing, he ordered the part and said I could change it in the parking lot. The next morning, I was at the store at 7:30AM and the part was waiting for me. The staff were very friendly. I can’t say thank you enough for letting me change the part on lot.
This is the only auto parts store around that I'll step foot in. No other set of people in any auto store that I have walked into will take the time to not only explain to you what's wrong and to help if they can. They literally just saved me so much money, when all AutoZone would do was give me a piece of paper telling me what was wrong with my car, and sent me on my way. The gentlemen at Advanced took the time to actually help me when he didn't have to, and looked under the hood of my car (all I needed was a bolt tightened😐). I am not trying to dog the other store, but if they were half as good as these guys who genuinely try to help you it may have been different.
Battery light came on during a road trip they where super helpful. Had to do am alternator in the parking lot and the one employee (Chris) even got his personal tools out of his car to make it easier. Awesome guys
Mike and his friend Scott literally saved our vacation! Coming from Chicago.. alternator went out. Advance had the part after Mike helped us and Scott saved the day buy replacing our alternator in 15 minutes! GOD BLESS THE THEY SAVED US! Thanks so much Off to Nashville We Go Sincerely The Kirbys

Not only do they have great, friendly employees that'll help you find exactly what you need or want, but they also are a UPS drop-off point which is really convenient. Highly recommend.
On our way back to NY from TN, our car's engine light kept going off. We pulled off in Munfordville and Tiffany ran diagnostics and hooked us up with a mechanic. He was more than reaaonably priced. Never been this happy with service!!
I stopped going in anyway because employees can’t stop to help customers unless you just make them. Aside from that if you’re going to tell someone they’re not hired you better be able to give them a better reason than, “You failed your driving record.” The poor kid’s been tore up over it and the Manager didn’t even try to explain or help figure it out. I’m in a career where I can, and did run his license and it’s perfect, so the only thing I can figure is he hadn’t had one a minimum amount of time, or someone ran the wrong number. That’s what he should have been told. And if the manager can’t tell him why then he shouldn’t be calling him. Either way, not having a license the minimum amount of time and failing your driving record is a bit different. Be more professional. I hate that this town doesn’t have Oreilly’s.
Went to local store as I have been having issues with a battery that is still under warranty. As I had been running my vehicle, battery tested fine. As did my alternator and the fact that it was charging the battery. Clerk refused to exchange my battery even though I've had problems with it. He wants me to go back to my mechanic and have him contact the store. My mechanic has better things to do for our community than play secretary.
Truck alternator went out on way home to Lake Cicott, IN., from Fort Bennig, GA. Late in the evening, salesman extremely helpful & even called a mechanic to fix the truck and get me back on the road.
Our car overheated on the highway and I called every auto repair shop in the area. Finally I called these guys here and they were the only ones able to help us. All other repair shops said we had a 1-2 week wait to get the part we needed, but these guys went above and beyond and found us help and got us the part we needed the same day. The staff is friendly and helpful and was very accommodating to our needs. Would recommend.
Ken and Hanna were the absolute best! They were both so incredibly helpful and not to mention helpful. Some of the best customer service at an auto store I’ve been to!
The guy at the counter went above and beyond helping me buy the right parts. He went so far as calling someone who came to the store & fixed my brakes in the parking lot. I don't care where I live in the future, I'll drive back to Munfordville to get any parts from these guys.
This is an AWESOME store! The folks who work here are always very friendly and make you feel welcome! If they find that they do not have what you need, readily available, they will find it and have it there quickly!
They have most anything here that you could imagine for a vehicle!

Extremely helpful!!!! Could have sold me a bunch of parts, but they came out and checked out my vehicle moved a couple things around found out that I didn't need to replace anything. cost me $0. extremely helpful!!!
I was passing through for the night and needed a part that was not stocked. I got there just before close and they put in the order and it was there the next morning when the store opend. They really saved my ass.
They helped me out in a tough spot on my way back from Ohio to Texas my car needed a reading and advice and they were very friendly and helpful about it.
