But obviously the tow truck driver can't back up to well. Because he didn't want to put it where we needed it . I mean you pay 168 dollars for a tow.. you should be able to get them to put it where you want it .

Matt that does the tows for this company was amazing. He got us safe in his truck before even starting on pulling the car up onto the bed. He said to get into his truck "so I know you're safe." Then he helped us get to the nearest hotel, even calling himself to make sure there was a room before we went. He went above and beyond. The people who worked inside the next morning were so nice and polite. This company really took care of us. I appreciate it so much. Thank you!!!!
Had put in a request for a tow down at my lake property through my insurance and they reached out to this company. I’ve had tow companies come down here, trucks towing other large boats, never an issue. But because it sounded to hard for them (my vehicle is parked on a main gov. Road) they cancelled it. At first I wouldn’t get a name or the company to bring to my insurance company until I had to call back. I don’t understand if they just didn’t want to help but it’s unfortunate and hopefully others have a way better time. Owner gave a name and hung up too. Thanks for the help.
Excellent service, from the receptionist to the tow driver. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. The tow drive was on time, quick and efficient. Very nice guy.
I got a wakeboat stuck in the ditch on a sharp corner up in the hills. Called Stevensons and they were out to me in no time with a large wrecker rig. The guy they sent was very experienced and knew how to get the boat out without making so much as a scratch on it. Excellent service!
I went to pay my car from impound @4:22p they close @5. Soon as I pull in the girl leaves& the men said they can't take my $. She will b bak Monday. That added 120$ to my cost & 40$ day. I didn't have enuf $ so I lost my car.
I highly recommend Stevensons for car repair. My air conditioning went out on my BMW and they were able to fix me up in no time. They were on time, professional, and super polite from the front desk person to the mechanic. I will return.
Fantastic experience. Blew a tire out and my spare was flat at 9:30 they towed me and replaced the tire. Darren was fantastic. Best tow service I've ever had.
I visited the shop today to try an conclude a business transaction with one of there potential customers. While it was a odd predicament all around, everyone of there employees were very helpful and accommodating. Also the owner is very straight forward and don't tolerate anyone being disrespectful around his customers. All in all definitely a great group of people there. Thanks for all your help and patience today.
