I don't go looking for anything in particular. Inventory frequently changes. You do have to pay attention to the prices, sometimes fresh from the grocery is cheaper.

Love love love this place. We all need a break from the high cost of food. AND you will find great deals here.

Nice people and nice products. Just one huge comment, the butter that’s has been marketed for 1.84 a pound is butter blend. That has only 2% or sweet cream and the rest of 98% is oil. Big part on me for not reading the label but also they should have highlighted that. Also most of the stuff is expired, not all though. Life lessons are never free

First time going. Awesome deals. Clean and organized. Some freezer foods too. Very friendly employees ( or owners lol).

Good people run this store. Christian Husband and Wife with great morals and they do alot for the community including the fact they take EBT - we don’t get benefits - but for people who do - who want to stretch their benefits - this is the place to go!

Great place for buying groceries, cheaper than a grocery store, large selection !

I highly recommend this place, because they have great prices on non-perishible stuff (snacks, pasta, drinks), and they even have organic products, which is a big plus for me. Sometimes, they also have great selections of frozen foods, also. This place is a great idea for an add-on to your shopping trip itinerary. The owners are really nice, too; they even post video updates on the store's Facebook page, so you may wanna check them out, also.

Love the variety as well as the couple that runs it, they're super sweet and welcoming! Also loved the mystery boxes they had and hope to see them available again in the future!

One of the few places these days where $20 gets you a lot. With any salvage grocery, though, you're gonna run into some questionable food products. Things past their sell by date are expected in stores like these, but as long as it's a non-perishable in the packaging, and it didn't go past the date years ago, it usually tastes no different than one made before the sell-by date. But I got two of these Jimmy Dean scramblers, and one had liquid eggs that looked lumpy. Yeah, not eating that. But the other was fine. I'll probably avoid the refrigerated goods aisle and stick to the non-perishables. 50 cent protein pasta can't be beat!

I like to go to Stevensons to stretch my EBT. There’s another salvage store in town, but they actually charge much more so I go to Stevensons first. She’s always getting a new things in so it’s best to check twice a week. Some of the best things I found there were organic juices for a dollar each and the price online said they were five dollars each. I’ve also found some stuff for my baby super cheap, organic body, lotions, sunscreen, and body wash mark down to a Dollar. There are three salvage stores in Litchfield, and within all three this has the best prices. One important note is that not everything that is super cheap is expired. But often times the boxes are dented or the cans are not circular. I’ve actually got me some products here that we’re going to expire in 2025 and at the time it was 2023. I actually don’t shop at Walmart unless I have to. With inflation it makes sense to shop at places like this and it’s even better if you have EBT.

Not a lot of variety but the prices are pretty decent. They sell salvage and regular groceries although the selection is small. Several freezers feature commercial sized frozen goods and meat. They have cereals, canned goods, sauces and condiments, candy, snacks, nuts, health food brands, health/hygiene products, chips, etc. Nice people, clean and organized store. They accept EBT, debit, credit, and cash. Some items are pricey but others are very reasonable and those are what I come back for.

Nice, new little salvage grocery in the old AutoZone next to JC's. Lots of low, low prices with a varying selection including refrigerated/frozen/produce. Always check dates-a lot of products I picked up were somewhat close but not even expired yet. The owners were very kind and appreciative. Thank you for what you do!
