They was nice on the phone, I made arrangements for a tow to a repair shop for the next day for when I had a appointment for the repair. I got everything ready for pick up and then they never showed up or called. I called Billy's towing and they had a truck show up within a hour. I am surprised they did this to me with all the good reviews they have. I lost my spot on the schedule at the repair shop due to them not showing up or calling to cancel the tow. I assume something came up but they could have let me know

I have used Watts Towing twice. The employees are need and clean with awsom attitudes. They are on time and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done professionally and make you a repeat customer. The charge for their service is great. It is better than anyone else. Don't even Google the other companies. They will pale in comparison too Watts Towing. I will continue to use Watts Towing for all my needs.
